New Update at end of review!!! January 2024: I hate to pop off like this, but I strive to honestly review places. First things first: this is a brand new place so I will definitely try again in a few months when they have more experience. Okay. So, my husband ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, lettuce, and tomato. Kept it simple. In my opinion, the burger was dry and… underwhelming. I try a lot of burgers and this was only mid tier. Maybe 4/10 if I’m feeling generous. My husband, who is way less picky than I am, gave it a 5/10. It was just a normal burger that I probably could’ve grilled at home on my own. But for a place called 30 burgers, this thing should have been amazing! Or at least better than your average store bought burger. So that’s that. Second, I wasn’t really in the mood for a burger. So I saw that they had chicken tenders. It was 4 for I think $6 or $7. They were literally the frozen Tyson chicken tenders you buy at Walmart!!!!! WHAT?! I thought I was tripping! But no. They were actually served in a basket that read “scratch kitchen” and “served fresh”. I took a picture. The complete irony. What audacity to serve frozen Tyson chicken tenders for $6. Disgusting. I was so put off. And the same with my husbands order of mozzarella sticks; like $6 for 5 literal frozen store bought mozzarella sticks. I could’ve just stayed home and made this meal. Absolute robbery for a place trying to pretend to have fresh food. The burger probably tasted off because it was frozen too, who knows. The one good thing they had going was their French fries and all the different dipping sauces. Those were pretty good. I would get their fries again if I ever went in there again. Also, they had two different radio stations blasting at either end of the store. Weird. I hate to leave a bad review for a local place, but I really felt robbed after coming here. I feel so ripped off. Like literally just go to five guys if you want a good burger that badly and for these prices. Nothing irks me as much as overpriced and gross food. We’re in a rough economy for them to be playing these games. Idk what’s up with all these five star reviews, they’re either bots/fake or these people never had a good burger before…. UPDATE! JUNE 2024: I HAVE REMOVED MY ONE STAR REVIEW. I came back, as I said I would, and gave this place another chance. I came 30 minutes before closing figuring things would be fresh… also five guys had just closed so I had no choice…And I was NOT disappointed this time. We had a Baja burger, seasoned fries, mozzarella sticks (2 were missing cheese but whatever they obviously buy these frozen from Walmart or somewhere and resell them), and 2 types of wings. I enjoyed the burger a lot and I don’t really like burgers at all. Fries were good too. I’m not into wings but my husband really liked the maui wings. So overall they did MUCH better!!!! Doesn’t beat five guys or shake shack, but it’s a nice simple joint! Listen I would eat here again willingly. Also they updated the decor since my last visit and it looks much nicer inside now. I peaked into the kitchen and it was very clean. The cashier was also cleaning a lot so that was nice. But the fabric seats were so filthy and disgusting, filled with crumbs. The entire row against the wall was vomit inducing… please look before you sit. The holes in the seats collected enough crumbs to make a few meals… also, I can’t rate too high for atmosphere because they insist on blasting music super loud!! Like no one wants to hear your weird top 40s radio with cursing when they’re out to eat with their family!! Read the room!!!! But I really was pleasantly surprised. Former rate: 1 star Current rate as of June 2024: 3 stars. Thank you.

When my friend suggested meeting up at 30Burgers, I’m so glad she did. Not only is there a huge selection of burgers, but there are also options for fish, chicken, hot dogs, and much more. I was a bit overwhelmed by all the choices, so I asked Kiley, the lovely cashier, for a recommendation. She told me her favorite was the Bullseye BBQ Burger. It features bacon, BBQ sauce, crispy onion straws, cheddar cheese, and the usual lettuce, tomato, and condiments, all nestled in a soft and delicious Miami onion bun. My ravenous friend ordered the Texas Dog, topped with a hearty amount of chili, and the Cajun Fish Burger, which consists of grilled tilapia seasoned with Cajun spices. Her sandwich came on a baked deli bun. She was impressed by the robust flavors and declared it her new favorite. Everything was made fresh and brought to us by Kailey, our wonderful cashier. The place is clean, with tables lined up along the wall and a beautiful mural welcoming guests to the Freehold, NJ location.

After a long and exhausting day at CentraState Hospital, I decided to treat my autistic and diabetic son to 30 Burgers in Freehold…and I am so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel completely welcome. The service was excellent, the food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was uplifting. To our surprise, it happened to be karaoke night, which turned out to be the highlight of our visit. My son had such an amazing time, his mood completely changed, and he was smiling the entire evening! The employees were patient, kind, and truly caring, making sure he felt comfortable. It’s not always easy to find restaurants that genuinely value all of their customers, but 30 Burgers absolutely does. We had such a wonderful experience that my son asked to invite his friends to come join for karaoke. I can’t recommend this spot enough for families looking for great food, fun, and a staff that actually cares. We will be coming back!

I stopped in here last week ... never been here before was greeted by an unhappy grumpy young girl behind the counter she was of no help to us . Not even a half smile just a what do u want ok 48.00 something dollars later and that will be 20 min wait ....I did catch her name but I'm not here to ruin anyone's reputation .. especially a young lady .... the burger my son ordered said piled high with porkroll ... what a joke ... his burger was so small and the thinnest slice of porkroll was on top . I also ordered 2 cheeseburgers no mayo and one plain hotdog .... the hot dog had good flavor but must of been sitting out for a while the ends were so wrinkly I couldn't even bite it like I had to bite it and hold the roll really tight to rip the hotdog out of my mouth .. just couldn't bite it easily .... the burgers were so small and truly pathetic there was more lettuce on the bun then meat ... mind you these burgers are not cheap . I ate half of my cheese burger I thought it tasted good but I was up all night gagging sick to my stomach tasting that seasoning again and again .... so I did email the owner to no avail ... I guess the opinion of one person doesn't matter but let me tell you... I am a single mom ...I work hard for my money and to not even be treated with respect or a nice smile I know everyone has bad days ! but then hey maybe you shouldn't be working with the public ....I still don't know why we waited the 20 minutes because this food must of already been prepared ... I've worked in food my whole life ... it was really disgusting a waste of time and money almost 50 dollars for 3 of the smallest yuckiest burgers I've ever had ... like I said I thought it had flavor until I was sick to my stomach all night long tasting it over-and over.....literally the thinnest tiny sliver of porkroll on the burger .... the hot dog was the best thing if you could chew it......I'm sorry but I would not recommend this...

Burgers ok quality but expected thicker bigger jucier patties with more flavor. Needs more cheese on mushroom burger and couldnt taste the garlic butter on bun think it was missing. The Trenton burger needs an extra cheese slice on burger not just on top of pork roll. Burgers were a dry. Trenton burger was too well done. The bun was warm and soft on bottom but top was crunchy. Left too long in oven ormwarmer perhaps? Fries very good. Special sauce dip not sure what it was but good for fries. A bit bland however. Plain kids Hot dog was good and flavorful though a bit tough on outside. Bathroom was out of soap. Filled right away as I saw kitchen staff in area and was very accommodating. Doors to go through to the bathroom however and the bathroom doors are very dirty around edges. Someone should take 2 minutes and a clorox wipe. Eat in Decor is nice. Came around 5pm. Looked clean. Girl at counter, Dominique was pleasant and nice. Saw her cleaning tables and trays. Seats were clean and apparently newer decor.

Compared to a sit down restaurant at same price for burgers in area I'd probably pick Long Horn for quality and consistency and price especially for lunch menu. However if you don't want the long restaurant service wait then 30 burgers would be a good option. Not completely disappointed or dissatisfied overall was good. 3 stars...
