I usually love the food from this particular restaurant. I and my coworkers at the hospital frequently order from this place. Tonight I ordered a pickup order for me and my daughter. When I gave the person with the light colored eyes, my name. He grabbed the bag and as I held my hand out for him to give it to me. He looks at me and places it on the opposite side of me on the counter with a very hateful look. I said to him, thank you and walked out. No one responded. I will never order from there again. Good Customer service goes a long way. I have been in the medical field for over 33 years and have taken care of many patients because I love what I do. I took my daughters and a friend to get dinner there tonight . I walked in and there were a couple of people ahead of us . They were All served and left. There had to have been 5 employees behind the counter who did not acknowledge me at all for 10 minutes . Finally a man asks to take my order . He was not friendly at all, almost as if we were an inconvenience in the restaurant . Then the order was ready and he tells me the order was ready but instead of bringing the bag to the counter I was standing at placed it at the back counter and made me walk back there to get it . I currently work for a very large business that orders from here all the time. Again for the 3rd time the business forgot my drink. Also when we called to make an additional order but with a separate credit card they did charge it and instead charged the credit card of one of my other employees!!! Didn't even care. Extremely rude and disappointed because we order ALL THE TIME from them. We are a business and order at least 3 times a week from them.
