I went in to have some keys cut and the person didn't know how to find the correct blank so he left to find someone who knew what they were looking for. After waiting well over 10 minutes for him to return a supervisor asked if I was being helped to which I replied I was ready to just run down to Bomgar's to get my keys cut to which he replied "sounds good to me". I asked him to run his guy down and retrieve my key as a still had it to which he brought it back and handed it to me. I was in and out of Bomgar's in less than 10 minutes. Rotten customer service (not the first time) and crappy management. I have neither the need or the desire to go back with so many other hardware store...
