Ruff House Family Entertainment Center — Attraction in Fremont

I will not be having any more parties at this place. Little comes with the package for price you pay. The kids couldn’t even be in the room until 30mins from end of their party. There are three main play option laser tag trampoline wipe out plus a play area of some tunnels and slides of sorts. The party from 1-345 pm. By 130 the group had already had their 2 turns on the wipeout ( in the pkg). Had ten kids, so they were so bored, we let them rent scooters for 2 dollars a piece. But not all because they didn’t have enough of them. The kids were bored and ready to open gifts and have cake. But we couldn’t have the room for some reason, though it along with all the other rooms were vacant. We finally got to go in and set up, and when we were done with Cake ice cream and gifts at three, they wanted to play but were sent back into the room saying the staff told them the green bands were done and couldn’t play anymore. So now I had 10 kids with nothing to do the last 30-45 mins until their parents arrived bc the party was to was to end at 345.

Ruff house will not be an option for next year or any year after. And I would not suggest this place to my friends or family...

Safety Concerns- Please be careful when letting your kids attend here. Many people just drop off their kids and there is simply not enough supervision. Every time my kids have been there has been an incident, either teenagers picking on them or today an unknown adult cornering 4 kids "having a talk with them" threatening to pelt them with dodge balls, while the manager and a teenager were on their phones at the front desk. The teenagers that do work here don't know how to supervise in this type of environment which constantly leads to issues. My kids haven't been here in a long time before today due to these constant issues and due to the issue today we won't be coming back. Please don't just drop off your kids here as the environment is not well...

I'm not too sure what this place is all about but I think it's interesting! An I'm a old man an I don't mind playing rough because my dog an I rough house every day! So I'm going in to see prices an what game I would like to play? Not sure if that's the right words! This is a very nice business an sounds awesome! Kids play to much video games today get the kids out to get some that engry! I just wish this place was around when I was a kid ! Totally awesome place for kids to get use that extra engry! I say go ROUGH HOUSE ! An if you have a boy you know they need burn up that energy bring them to rough...
