Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Fremont

I have ordered from the Fremont Pizza Hut many times. Almost every time I order something gets messed up with my order. I absolutely do not recommend them to anybody. The next time I want pizza I will buy it in Omaha and eat it cold. This is the absolute worst restaurant I have ever dealt with.

Update... As soon as I posted this review I received an email from Pizza Hut corporate. I was told I would either receive a credit. I was told I could give them my phone number and I would get the credit when I called in an order, or I could give them my mailing address and would receive something in the mail. I chose to give them my mailing address. I still have not received anything from Pizza Hut for a credit or gift certificate. Unfortunately it seems that the whole corporation isn't any better with customer service than the Fremont, NE restaurant. Called in with a $45 wing order after being released from the hospital. I requested some paper plates and was told that they only supply them to hotels and commercial locations NOT residential deliveries!!

Shocked by this persons attitude and rule I asked to talk to the manager and same answer with slightly more condescending attitude.

So my only recourse was to cancel my $45 order and go to dominoes

I have only gone to pizza hut 3 times here in Fremont twice I ended up not getting what I planned on and left empty handed. This hut has unusual rules with ordering and not filling customer requests all that they blame on "corporate regulations" but sorry you people at this hut I worked at pizza hut 3 years and I know they want my $45 and not the 4 paper plates you refused to provide

This was by far a terrible dining experience. Our waiter Hunter was amazing. He did do a good job. The problem came from the back of the house. We ordered 4 pizzas. One was very undercooked and doughy. Two were made totally wrong. And we had to wait for them to be remade. Plus we ordered two orders of bread sticks and only received one. The second order wasn't brought out until after all the pizzas were out. The table next to us was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk at our own table. After asking staff to please ask the customers at the next table to no be yelling and screaming as they talked which we asked various times, Hunter was the one that approached the table and asked them to keep it down.
