ALDI — Local services in Fremont

We had several experiences this evening. I noticed an employee moving some items over to the clearance area and I had politely asked, excuse me ma'am can you tell me the price of the item you have. One I'm not a ma'am and two I'm just moving things over. Rude was not the case, she had the price in her hand. And if you are a woman dressed as a man, then wear a damn name tag sweetie!! You lack manners when someone was being completely polite. Lack of communication when you have the price tag in your hand and couldn't make the time to be helpful. Disgusting to say the least. The meat dept is never stocked, the produce on a daily basis is awful. It's either rotten, moldy or just empty. Most of the items in the ad are missing or poor selection when they do come out. I love it so far. I don't know what is wrong with some of the other reviewers, but I've had nothing but great friendly service! Are the employees going to stalk you and hold your hand to find everything? Do they have vast inventory and surplus choices? No, look at the size of the building. The food is at a great price and almost everything is good comparably. Some things that I like I can't get here, but I save at least 25% off my normal budget, and the workers are nice. Great store! Aldi opened today 11/14/18 as a soft launch with the grand opening tomorrow 11/15. I visited here today and all the employees are very friendly. It also was not very busy when I went which is quite nice which will change very soon. The inside of the store is also very spacious and has very wide aisles with a good layout. They have really nice in store brands so don't forget to buy them. I will be coming...
