Verizon — Local services in Fremont

Today was my breaking point.. ever single time I come to this location for help with my phone they are extremly rude to me and their attitude is terrible. I am sick of them being rude to me and treating me like complete garbage. If I wasnt stuck with them in a contract and I owe them over 1,000 dollars on my phone I would be long gone. I traded in my iPhone to get $1,000 off my phone I got with them and I wish I never did because I cant stand how they treat customers. I have been to other verizons in NE and this is the only one I have been to that has been this rude. Customer service was great as usual at the Fremont location. The guy who helped us was very nice and helpful. He got me all set up in a matter of minutes with my red iPhone which I was so excited about. Also got me hooked up with a great case and screen protector and wasn't super annoying about it either he just reminded me about my 900$ investment in this phone and how important a case is. The people working in this store was really professional, I went there cuz I broke my phone, and fill a insurance claim but I had to fill some paperwork and I wasn't able to print it before. So I came to the store thinking in just do an early upgrade but the help me with the insurance claim and give me a discount on some accessories...
