Usually I have a pretty good experience however, recently I went in to upgrade my phone, I got someone I have never really had before so I thought okay, I’m sure he’s as good as all the rest… well to be frank I did not like working with him and I hope I never have to.
First he barley spoke, an the few times it did it was very quite, second I think he was on his phone more than he talked to me about upgrading or anything else which okay cool.
We got to the point where my phone was doing a back up, and he told me multiples time that I could leave or that I didn’t have to wait around for the update to finish *even though I did, because I needed the internet, and as soon as I left the update failed” he just made me feel compelled to leave, why would I want to be around someone who doesn’t want to be around customers? As I have stated previously I have never had an issue…
Then today I called in today to get some help, my phone was acting up, the sales associate from above answered, and told me “you can just google your problem it’s 3 simple steps, or you can come in and we can show you” Alright well 1. When googling my problem “which I already did, because I would prefer to fix it myself then get help” It gave me the same instructions I have already tired that did not work. 2 why couldn’t you just tell me over the phone, if it was just 3 simple steps? I live 45 min away, work all the time and just generally busy, I usually have to plan ahead to go in to the store.

And got charged sales tax on the second phone as well. The coverage is horrible. Verizon coverage is much better. I can be sitting at home in Fremont and no bars.
