Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Fremont

Went for 2 drinks. Just litterally soda, took over 30 minutes to get to the window with only a few cars in front of us. Waited for 10 minutes at the menu speaker to not even be greeted. When we did finally order there was no cars in front of us anymore so they served at least 3 cars while we were waiting at the speaker before even taking our order. After waiting so long we started to get hungry so ordered food as well. Girl at the drive through window was on her phone the whole time. Handed out our drinks with flavoring spilled all over the side. Girl was rude and didn’t even apologize. So over 45 minutes later, we finally have two drinks and two hot dogs. I’ve worked the food industry for over 10 years and I am appalled, we’ve had less then great service here time and time again but keep giving chances. This was the worst customer service I think I’ve ever gotten anywhere. now that we’re home our tots are barely half filled. And the store number on google goes to a Verizon wireless voice mail. Would give 0 stars if I could...

So yesterday me and my boyfriend came there to get food, it was raining so we decided to park and eat under one of the roofs because we didn’t want to go through drive through with the window being down and all so we were just gonna order in one of the parked spots. They said they couldn’t do it all bc of raining, first of all when it’s raining it’s not gonna kill them to run it out to you rain is no excuse not to be able to bring out food. So they told us the drive through was only open so we said ok. We were sitting there for a minute trying to decide what to do. And all of a sudden one of the guys that are working there start screaming at us from the speaker, like excuse me ? Is that how you’re gonna treat your customers we already got told we couldn’t go through drive though so he just started screaming for no reason so rude. I came through the drive-thru at 11:35 and wasn't greeted. I sat there for 2 minutes before I decided to just pull into a stall. Two cars pulled into stalls after I did, and were greeted before me. So I pulled out and moved into a different stall thinking maybe the one I pulled into wasn't working properly. I still wasn't greeted. I called the business phone and they answered and I asked if they were open and told then about the issues that I was having. She was very snobby and told me to "enter my order" and I didn't 77 what she meant so she got frustrated with me and hung up the phone and THEN they decided to greet us and take our order. She was very quick and rushed us through the order. It is now 11:55 PM and I'm still sitting here waiting for my food. I'm very disappointed!
