7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Fremont

I've been to this 7 Brew 3 times since it opened as I really wanted to give it a chance. Very disappointed in the service, especially with my most recent visit on National Coffee Day. I was the only person in line, but it was after 7 pm. There were 5 or 6 people working. No one came out to take my order for a good minute. I pulled around to the drink pickup area even though the person who came right after me had someone literally skipping to take their order, by the menu boards. The person who took my order was not a greeter and appeared irritated. I ordered the pumpkin roll shake. They were out of ice cream base and she offered milk instead. I declined and asked about other pumpkin drinks. No recommendations but was obviously annoyed when I needed to look at options on my own phone, to change my order. Her supervisor interrupted the transaction to ask if she wanted to go home early. She didn't. My card's not tap (blame my bank) but she didn't listen to me. She also forgot to hand out the sticker. My previous experiences weren't as bad, but similar enough to keep me away. The drinks are good, I've just only had 1 person that had any customer service...

Every time I have gone my order is always wrong even after repeating it several times. I always get a sorry and they walk away. I hate too much ice in my drink and ask for lightly iced. Nope never get what I asked. Today I was curious to give it one last shot and huge disappointment I repeated I want my drink lightly iced several times. Nope complete opposite. Curious came home scooped out the ice and was left with absolutely no drink cuz it’s was purely ice. I didn’t even take a drink out of it. I always order matcha latte with pumpkin sauce/pumpkin drizzle & oat milk for sub. They always forget an ingredient or the milk or they imputed a completely different drink of what I ordered. Never once have they given me light ice. I’m not an ice person so anywhere I go for matcha latte I order light ice. But today they got all ingredients finally right but the ice part they didn’t. If I wanted just ice I can get that out of my freezer. Also...

It has currently been 25 minutes and i am still in the drive thru bc the person in front ordered 10+ drinks. If someone does something like this you should take care of the people that ordered smaller amounts of drinks first. The dude getting the drinks took their sweet time with everything. Walked as slow as humanly possible. first i gave this place a 4 star review but this is completely unacceptable. Got zero apology. I regret the tip and i don't know if i will be coming back. Shame bc the drinks were good but i wasted nearly...
