Went through the drive-thru and was told we'd have to wait for the chow mein and to pull ahead as they'd bring it out. Well 2 cars that were behind us had to pull ahead and wait also. Waited about 5-10 minutes and a lady comes out with 2 sacks. Thinking it was ours, she continued to the other 2 cars and handed them each a sack. So we waited longer. In the meantime , a guy and a couple had both walked into the restaurant. So after waiting some more, I decided to go in and ask what the problem was with our order. One lady was helping the guy, so I had to wait longer until she noticed me. Asked her where my order was as the 2 cars behind us got theirs. She asked the drive-thru lady and pointed to a pile of to-go boxes on the counter. Seriously?? She opened one box and added an entree (not the chow mein we were waiting on) and then went to bag it. If I had not gone in, our order would have sat on the counter until the front lady was done helping the guy and the couple which probably would have about 20+minutes as they were as slow as molasses. Worst fast food experience ever, my wife went through the drive through to get food for the family she ordered a broccoli and beef large for me and then some stuff for her amd the kids. They said it would be a 10 minute wait for broccoli and beef, which was ok so it would be fresh. 10 minutes passed and they brought my wife a couple bags she left and went home, they never even put my broccoli and beef in the bag. I called to compain and all they did was appoligize I asked if they could remake our order since I had to come back for it and they refused, so I asked for a refund and they refused. So I had to use my gas amd waste my time to drive back to pick up my food. I did so then I called corporate and they informed me that the GM would be contacting me and of course I have not heard from anyone this was a month and a half ago. Read moreSo today I went to Panda Express and ordered some food I simply brought it back very kindly it was not fresh at all and very dry I asked manager if I could get a refund he said he had to call corporate because I paid $0.05 in cash and the other on my debit card I simply asked if I could just get it back in cash it would be no big deal he told me no that he was not able to do that then try to offering me two free meals for today I simply told him but I did not want any food because it looks very dry and not fresh at all then one of the co-workers comes up and rolls her eyes at me and says it's completely fresh we just meet at I asked her to speak to her manager as she continued to get an attitude with me I told the manager that I've been here plenty of times and I've never had this problem before he apologized and gave me corporates number I will not be getting a refund until two to three business days I will not be coming back to Panda Express for this disappointing...
