Nothing against the employees at all. Just T-Mobile in general. I have been a customer since 2017 and about 3 months ago the phones on my account did not get ANY service inside of Fremont. I called and called for 3 weeks straight to customer care and they kept saying “the signal is fine. We’re not sure what’s going on.” It wasn’t until I called the actual store and they told me the only tower in Fremont was under maintenance and to please be patient with the process. So we were patient. Called customer care and told them that we will not be paying the bill until the tower is fixed because we are not paying for service we don’t get. They said that’s fine, they escalated my request up to someone higher & put a hold on our bill. Told me to avoid calling cause THEY will call me back when the issue was resolved. This was 3 months ago. Then out of no where they shut our phones off, said we need to pay $850 to reactivate. Customer care told me they have NO record of my previous calls.
We have been nothing but patient with T-Mobile but we NEED our phones. I use mine for work and we have kids in daycare. There was one day daycare couldn’t get ahold of me to let me know my kiddo was sick cause I had NO service. So we switched. Went to Verizon. Bill is over $60 cheaper. Service is great. Since I switched in June, my bill has gone up over $100 with no changes to my account and 2 promotions I was promised upon switching never showed on my bill. I've been on the phone with customer service several times to try and resolve these issues but they only talked me in circles and never provided a solution. And now, I have just recieved a message stating that (because T-mobile coverage is SO bad) they are going to cancel my husband's line because he roams while he's at work which is apparently against their terms and conditions of use, even though they allow for roaming in the plan I signed up and pay for. In short, not only is T-mobile a HUGE waste of time and money, they are also the biggest headache of your life just waiting to happen....save yourselves the trouble and go...

I was dropping calls left and right. I was promised that t mobile has first dibs on the towers in my area. After many efforts to fix it I spoke to an employee that told me they were making an exception on my account called the no service release or something similar. They even admitted my area didn't receive service. I was pleased with the result until I got put into the hands of a debt collector. When I called t mobile they said they had no record of that previous call and would not accommodate me on my bill. Verizon is way better...
