BEWARE OF THE SCAM! WORST PLACE TO HAVE YOUR OCCASION! I had my baby shower here. And we had started the clean up by 11:15pm. But the issue was their vacuum was not working properly! And had made the staff notified about it! Today, I received a call from Gloria Kim, the âsupervisorâ, and she said that because we had gone overtime for 20 mins that she is willing to cut half of it. And waive off $116 from our refundable deposit fee! It was extremely disappointing! She is NOT A PROFESSIONAL! She seems to be a tad rude and thinks she runs the whole Fremont! She DOES HAVE A BIG ATTITUDE! It truly is disappointing to know that our community is ran by these kind of scammers! I do NOT know HOW THIS PLACE HAS 5 stars from other people!    Read moreI had the pleasure of attending the Tri-Cities Marketing Meeting (Real Estate Industry) at the Fremont Downtown Event Center. The shift from the old location at El Patio to this venue was a fantastic move.
The meeting was well-structured, informative, and provided great insights for those in the real estate field. The presenters for "Super Tour" were great. The free parking on the street and in the parking lot added to the convenience.

Every single event center that you rent out, does not expect you to vacuum the floors spotless, and clean the tables of âevery single spotâ. Especially during this time of covid, do you trust the people before you to clean? This makes me question how clean the venue was before we entered. Are the workers lazy thatâs why they told us to clean âspotlessâ? 10/10 do no recommend. Go somewhere else, youâll be much happier after your event.
Update: They also told us before booking that we had to throw away the large bulk items and that the cleaning such as vacuuming and basic wiping of tables would be taken care by them. So...
