My wife has visited the Hayward Office on 4 occasion and Fremont office on one occasion. Initially on first visit by appointment was seen by doctor Khan who had coursed a bone density test and mammogram test.All her test were completed more than 2 months ago and after that the doctors office had not contacted my wife. My wife has Obama care, made several attempts to contact the doctor and all attempts has been denied by doctors heartless staff. The answer like always is a NO. These people have no empathy for the patient, and I guess the patients are merely just numbers. I am definitely getting another primary care doctor after today. Both Hayward & Fremont facilities are shared with other doctors and businesses. The front reception staff is unfriendly, limited English, and since not everyone works for him (due to other businesses), they ignore the patients. Also both locations' lobbies don't inspire a patient of a Professional Medical facility - looks like old offices. Even the doctor's office, and equipment seems to be old and outdated.
