Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. It started with difficulty with making the appointment (the system said they had an opening so I booked with an artist I researched with good reviews, only for them to say they didn’t have that time or artist). They rebooked me with someone new and when I inquired about their reviews their response was “not a lot of people leave reviews anymore.” I was there 3 minutes late and took responsibility. After selecting the service they said it would be an hour and a half (which I needed to get my kids so I needed to know). had left 2 eyelashes on by accident, but took 98% of them off before I got there. I have gotten lashes monthly for 10 years. During the process I had to stop a few times my eyes burned so bad. When we reached an hour and a half, I had to stop and I’m not kidding, it barely looks like anything was done. My eyes burned so bad I was in tears. Still was charged $160. She felt bad and offered for me to come back, but when? I have kids and was hard enough to get coverage for this. When I inquired about the time she had the nerve to say it was because they had to remove those lashes- literally 2. Said that added 20 minutes. When I got home my partner honestly asked if I removed my previous lashes and didn’t go to my appointment, that’s how bare they are. So now my eyes hurt still three hours later, I’m out $160 and have to make a full other appointment so where else. Very...

Had my eyelashes done here two weeks ago. I have been getting my lashes done in Oregon and for years and had just moved here, the lashes looked good. The glue burned my eyes so badly that they were red for two days. The bottom lashes started falling off in one day even though I hadn’t touched them. Then, in two days they fell off completely. After the appointment, they made a follow up appointment for me, and when I showed up for my follow up appointment, they said that I never had my lashes done there before. I have never had this happen at any salons before, they were very rude about it over the phone, and they would not let me into the building to talk to them. Very sketchy business.
