Hobby Lobby — Local services in Fremont

So, my wife and sister n law forced me out of the house to go shopping. Twisted my arm! You might ask why? When I say it was cold outside, and that venturing into the great/not so great outdoors was not on my list of things to do. I mean It was so cold out that I never saw a single polar bear all day! They were smart!

First of all, let me cover a very important thing to me on a visit to a business. Cleanliness! I harp on this so often because I see so much grossness nowadays. So much so that we all have become accustomed to as being the acceptable norm. I can’t stand it and like to recognize businesses that excel at being sanitary.

This store was so very immaculate and immediately blatantly obvious it is well cared for by employees that put a lot of heart into their work. It was like a new store inside still! I love that!

I was so surprised by the great sales at this store. My family walked out with a lot of fun extras that we had zero intention of buying prior to visiting this store! It’s that great!

My cashier was so nice and was the icing on the cake! We were there for birthday stuff!

Return cashier refused to return my Item, even though I had the receipt and proved I purchased the item at this Hobby Lobby. She insisted that they didn't sell that brand of item. I asked for a supervisor, and she didn't believe me either. I had to physically show the supervisor the EXACT SAME ITEM on there shelf, to prove that YES, they ACTUALLY DO SELL THIS ITEM! VERY FRUSTRATING, and cost me a lot of time, while my wife was waiting for me in the parking lot! When I got back to the return counter/cashier, I had to wait for another customer to return their whole cart of stuff. NO APOLOGY FROM THE CASHIER, NOR THE SUPERVISOR FOR THEIR MISTAKE AND WASTING MY TIME AND MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I WAS TRYING TO PULL A FAST ONE ON THEM! I WON'T BE RETURNING TO HOBBY LOBBY! WHATEVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER IS RIGHT. I SHOULDN'T HAVE HAD TO PROVE MY PURCHASE WAS MAKE AT THIS STORE! NOTE: ALL THIS, FOR ONLY A $3.69...

This particular location is always clean, well stocked and staffed appropriately. The staff is knowledgable, friendly and very helpful.

The classes they offer are on target for their audience, educational and fun. The products necessary to complete your craft goals are available and the staff will even help you pick out coordinating items if you like! Or just take your finished project in to the store for advice on what else you could make to turn that one project in to a gallery wall!!!
