This Chipotle location is definitely not up to the standards of customer service one would expect from a food service restaurant. They very commonly provide either an incorrect item or completely miss an item in the bag for online or phone orders. Last time I went there to get some take out at around 8:30pm, and even though this location closes at 11pm they were already running out of most of the stuff and had no interest to make more of those items. They were out of guac, fajita veggies and brown rice, all things I wanted. Why list your hours till 11pm when you close the kitchen at 8pm?
Anyway, once I got my order made (sans the stuff that wasn't available anymore), I went to the cashier who started ringing the items up and then in the middle of the transaction went away inside and didn't come back at all for several minutes. There was only one person working up front, the person who was preparing the food, and we had to wait for him to help several other customers before he could come to the cash register and ring us up. We could clearly see and hear other employees in the back but no one came out to help the customers.
They also used to have lemons available at the self serve area which were taken away long time back. They also took away spoons from the self serve area, choosing to have only forks and knives. Their trash cans are regularly over flowing and the tables are dirty as well.
This location needs to be fully evaluated again by the Chipotle brand and handed it off to another manager who can better manage the...
Read moreWe visited on Sunday January 15th 2023 at 245 pm and I have to say this was a horrible experience. We walked in with one person in front of us and the person in front of us and they had to wait 5 minutes to even start the order. Once they did start her order they only put rice and beans in them she had to wait another 5 minutes for someone to put the meat and other items in. They tall long hair blonde girl doing the register was asked by a coworker to finish the order and she just kept walking away and didn't seem to want to do her job. The counter had lettuce, sour cream, and all other items all over it. Once we finally got our order started the same thing happened to us with the register girl. The guacamole was brown, the sour cream was basically out and watery and the Pico was nothing but water with a few pieces of tomato in it and when it was put on top of my bowl he didn't let it drain and just put the watery mess on top of the bowl. It really felt like everyone, from the shift supervisor who was messing with the refrigerator under the counter to the girl at the register, did not care about their job nor the customer. I know that things go wrong sometimes but this was a major failure of leadership and multiple things were wrong which to me says no one cared. I hope that this changes...
Read moreGood lunch. Not really any comparable lunch options in area, so they have a bit of a monopoly on lunch crowd... which leads to poorer quality service. Sometimes you get a "fair" amount of food... sometimes you have to argue and they say you have to pay double for the same amount they have you on the last visit. However, mostly good.
By far my main complaint is that they often have very long lines waiting to order (ref prior comment on lack of competitive options). And while you stand there like cattle for 45 minutes, they give priority to lots of call-in orders... totally ignoring the fact people have been standing there for 45 minutes. This is the equivalent of someone walking in and cutting in line! But this is the Chipotle team/process doing it to you. Every day during the lunch time.
For God's sake Chipotle.... the call-in are not standing in line... have some trainee prepare those phone-in orders in the back room!!! Why make your in-person clients waste their time waiting for call-in orders?
Every time this happens I swear I will not come back. But did I mention the competitive monopoly in the area? Seriously... being the only option does not make you a GOOD option. Please fill the call-in orders in the back room, or at least take care of the customers standing in front...
