Subway — Restaurant in Fremont

The sandwiches are average. The prices increased some months ago. I went there in July and got the usual. It was $3 above the new price. I asked why it was way more. The prices were the same on the boards. The last time it took them some time to change them so I believed when two employees said that the prices had increased two weeks ago from that day. The employee who charged me gave me the receipt but I didn’t check it as I thought they were not lying. It turns out that he overcharged me the $3 making it as an extra. I did not ask for extras so I contacted the corporation and they were no help. An Indian man replied to my two emails to the corporation claiming that he was the owner. He refuses to acknowledge the overcharge and thus to refund me. It is stealing and thus unacceptable. The employees wear gloves when making sandwiches but they touch handles of this and that cross...

Woman behind the counter seemed to not be a native English speaker. This immediately caused problems. I asked for a meatball sub on the new ultimate cheesy garlic bread, which I know gets a melting of garlic butter, Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses. She proceeded to make a meatball sub the usual way. When she took the sandwich out of the oven, I pointed at the sign showing the ultimate cheesy garlic bread and said, "no. I wanted that." I thought she would redo the sandwich, but instead, she microwaved a cup of the garlic butter, poured it over the meatballs and dumped the extra cheese on top. WOULD SHE EAT THAT?! Amazing! I placed my order using the subway app. When I went to pick up the order no one was available at the outlet. I waited for 20 mins when I saw two staff members rushing in to the employees room. It seemed they went shopping during business hours. They prepared the order in a hurry. Neither did they ask me for my choice of bread nor did they put any sauces in my sandwiches. They did offer me a complimentary drink though which I accepted. I don't want anybody to lose their jobs (if subway management looks at this comment someday). But a warning is...
