Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fremont

The food at this particular location has been inconsistent leaving me with mixed feelings about my dining experiences here. Unfortunately I have often found myself disappointed with the quality of the food. Whether it's the food being served cold appearing stale or even a combination of both it has left me underwhelmed.

There you will find a different experience altogether. The food is consistently excellent always prepared with freshness in mind and served piping hot. At a drive through window and ordered a Jacks spicy chicken sandwich and asked if they could fry it fresh which she promised she would, also ordered medium curly fries and coke. Waited at the window for about 3 min. Parked in the parking lot and opened the box. The chicken patty was stale, the mayonnaise had been wiped off. To my disgust was a very dark hair in the box. Added review on 2025: The management here is not very organized. I ordered a meat lover burrito and coffee via a drive through. I was waiting in the window for an unexpectedly long time. They were busy serving the customers buying from the counter. Later, she asked me if I could wait at the front door and they could deliver food to me.
