The food at this particular location has been inconsistent leaving me with mixed feelings about my dining experiences here. Unfortunately I have often found myself disappointed with the quality of the food. Whether it's the food being served cold appearing stale or even a combination of both it has left me underwhelmed.

At a drive through window and ordered a Jacks spicy chicken sandwich and asked if they could fry it fresh which she promised she would, also ordered medium curly fries and coke. Waited at the window for about 3 min. Parked in the parking lot and opened the box. The chicken patty was stale, the mayonnaise had been wiped off. To my disgust was a very dark hair in the box. Immediately took my order back to the store. The manager I believe her name was Maria was very apologetic and offered my meal replaced. Which I refused. The two employees had a look of guilt because the patty was not fresh. I realized that there was not enough time between my order and the delivery. I was the only car around. Added review on 2025: The management here is not very organized. I ordered a meat lover burrito and coffee via a drive through. I was waiting in the window for an unexpectedly long time. They were busy serving the customers buying from the counter. Later, she asked me if I could wait at the front door and they could deliver food to me.
