There's a little part of me that is so happy when I see Kyle working. When this location first opened I had my first visit and right away he got me on a membership. Ever since then it's like I'm talking to a friend instead of a sales rep. He's really good about remembering his customers and sort of being what I like to call a "social kameleon". He sort of blends his vibe with his customer. Coming from a customer service position myself and have been in it for years, this is an artform that not everybody posses. This was my first time in the store since it opened. I was delighted to see an array of glass and vape hardware. The decor is surprisingly inviting and feels comfortable. They have a walk-in humidor for cigars. I quit years ago so I didn't check it out.

Apparently they have stuff on sale on Wednesdays but not Thursdays. They also have a loyalty program but I don't know the T&C of it.
