Celebrate The Home — Local services in French Lick

This was my first time ordering from this company. I placed 2 orders, one for my son and one for myself. Several items each. First problem, the website clearly stated 3 bunnies per order, the photo showed only 2 and I received only 2. I called , spoke with Codi, the manager and explained that the order should have included a total of 6 bunnies and I received 4. They said it was a typo and nothing she could do. I asked them to just send another 2 and we would be even. She said they were sold out and repeated there is nothing they could do. I later checked their website and was able to place an order for more bunnies, SO obviously that was a lie. She did nothing to try and honor what was on their website, defending that it was a typo error and had since been corrected after I called. Second problem was a pedestal bunny cake dish. It was adorable, but I placed a small display of grapes on it and it immediately fell over. Cute to look at but not useable. Louise, the representative said Codi would most likely tell me to just keep it, but she called me back and told me to ship it back. The $12.00 cost of shipping was half the cost of the item!! This is a lovely little home goods store. This feels like a high end "HomeGoods" type store. Plenty of very adorable holiday decor. Glassware, ornaments, a large variety of decorations. A good number of "farmhouse chic" that is very popular in our area. I was particularly fond of their glass Christmas trees and wreaths. They had a large selection of very nice discounted items from previous holidays as well. Staff was welcoming, but gave us the opportunity to browse at our leisure without interrupting us. Great! I Love there items thay have there and the great prices too. I also love that thay have cute seasonal items. I love all the napkins too thay have so much for all seasons. There candy is great and the popcorn is amazing. I love the fact that there is a dog toy that is great for the husband and the dog. I can not say enough...
