Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in French Lick

Update 2022 9/6 8:30pm Haven’t ate there since the last honest review. Went there tonight spent $35 for 2 nasty cheeseburgers, if that’s what you want to call them. 2 chicken strip baskets and a drink. The chicken strip baskets had no fries, no gravy and the bread wasn’t even toasted(lucky we got that)!!. I’m fore warning everyone…do not eat there unless you just like blowing money on food you would find from the trash can!! Yes it’s that nasty. Myself and most of the town still continue to hope it’s gets shut down so a decent restaurant can be put in its place. YUCK!! Close already!!

Update 2021 Since 2019 the food has gone downhill since it was sold. Wait times are up to an hour (when they're not even that busy... Don't waste your time or money. This speaks from the majority of this town. 👎

Update 2021: The quality of the food and the service is still horrible, maybe worse than before. If you like to wait in line for a half hour, when you're 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru, and the food is never cooked right, either charred or raw, eat at your own risk. Note..that we eat there 1 time a month just to see if it has gotten any better. Someone needs to call the health dept on this place!! Side note..I don't complain about my dining experiences very often, unless it's flat out bad. Take your $40 and go buy a nice meal to cook at home. They seriously need to close the doors on that place before they make...

I very rarely complain about restaurants but this one is consistently the worst fast food restaurant I have probably ever been to. The staff are always rude. every time you go through the drive-through you get parked no matter how many cars are waiting. It always takes about 15 to 20 minutes to stop there even for just a cheeseburger. I have went to this location knowing better, every time it's disgusting but I'll stop in every once in a while hoping just this once it'll be good because Dairy Queen has good food selection and in french lick there arent many other options. There is not one time I have been to this location and the meat wasn't ice cold and dry. The buns are hard as a rock. When I'm hungry I can eat almost anything except for the food from this restaurant!!!!!!They also never seem to have chocolate soft serve!! The managers if there are any should be embarrassed. The franchise should pull their franchise license or however...

We stopped in here for a quick lunch, our order was taken and we were told to take a seat and a server would bring out food out to us, as it was being prepared fresh. As we go to find a table, we notice they are all dirty, and there is only one other customer in the reaturant. So, we finally find a clean table and take a seat. After sitting there for 15 minutes, my husbands talks to one of the young girls working there and we find out we had been forgotten about. Our food had not been prepared at all. Now, at this point a manager comes out and tries to give us a card for some kind of free meal, as a peace offering. Well, we live 2.5 hours from here, and very unlikely we will return. The manager did refund us our money, and our food was freshest of fresh. However, the resturant wasn't very clean. Definelty will not return to this particular...
