I must give an EXCITING & EXCELLENT Shout-out to Kay's Jewelers in Monroe, ESP to Rianne, tho all the staff was Fantastic! I've never thought I would own or afford to purchase real diamonds or sparkling beautiful jewelry, besides from Kohls ;). I thought it was too fancy and to rich for a single lady like myself. I decided to stop at Kay's Jewelers just to see if I could afford to treat myself at 44 yrs old...and my experience was Beyond my imagination!! The staff greeted me So Warmly and completely focused on me, my wants and my budget. I had the pleasure of meeting Riann, and she was so sweet, fun, and took her time to find me the best diamond earrings and necklace that suited me perfectly! Didn't stop there either, she found a way to get my set discounted also.! I treasure them and they sparkle and shine, like only REAL diamonds do.! Now after 4 months, I have been able to go back to Kay's 4 more times!!! Steve and Riann has helped me find 5 more pieces of jewelry at crazy deals!! Super elegant to super Trendy and Unique! And I didn't even get close to breaking the bank with the prices. I have gotten white Gold w/Diamonds to a Sterling silver mix with White Gold & Diamonds!! They truly showed me so much care, time and focus to make sure I found exactly what I wanted and went the extra mile to find discounts to top it off! I'm so impressed and happy with my jewelry and that staff, that I will never shop anywhere else for my jewels. The associates at Kay have been incredible since day one. They have been supportive, kind and personable this entire journey and have made my ring experience so special. In August, we started looking at rings. I knew exactly the ring I wanted and had it saved on my phone for months. The store didn’t have that exact ring in selection but could order it. They went above and beyond to give me the best idea what it would like with other variations in the store. One associate even searched through social media reels so I could see it in real time versus just as a display on their banner in store. My fiancé ordered it and the communication through delivery was flawless. We’ve since had to have it resized several times. The first sizing, the manager Steve, allowed me to take a picture next to the banner of my ring in full size to send to my fiancé. Fast forward to when he went to pick up the ring, Steve had remembered us and saved the banner! I couldn’t believe he remembered to do something like that and it just shows how passionate they are about what they do and their hearts are in the best place. The banner is going to be displayed at our wedding. They have been committed and caring to making sure the ring fit is how I’d like it. I came in expecting it to be as uncomfortable and stressful as all the other jewelry stores I’ve been to this summer and left with my dream engagement ring. My boyfriend and I have been looking for a ring that suited my tastes without draining his bank account all summer. and every time without fail, the clerk always makes us feel bad for not being able to spend more, or tries to show us rings we can’t afford. When we came in I made my expectations clear and they went above and beyond to find the perfect ring. Kelly and Cassie (I hope I spelled them right) spent the entirety of our visit curating a selection of rings that would fit my personality and still gave us space and support to make our decisions. I felt very welcomed and comfortable, they did not try to sell me rings out of my price range and did not pester me. The whole staff was beyond kind and understanding. They were there for what I believe is the best day of my life and they laughed with us as we took silly pictures of me and my fiancé.
