Jennifer was the worst waitress I've ever encountered! First she spilled our drinks all over us, literally, she laughed about it (though if she was in our position at the time, I don't think that she would be laughing so hard). We've eaten at Bob's many times & have others that we know & know us, they're fantastic, but this one continued to make things worse. Next was taking my order, I ordered the honey chicken, she never asked what sides I would like but took it for granted that it must be what's on the picture (never decide yourself what a customer should have, that's not how it works!), my wife noticed that after the spill she didn't have any silverware or napkins, she tried numerous times to get her attention, finally she caught Jennifer's eye & Jennifer told us that we'd have to wait, when she did come back with the drinks order I had to catch her & tell her that we didn't get any straws. We were tolerating as much as we could (which we should never have to be put in that position), but it just kept getting worse, it quickly turning into a restaurant nightmare with her. When she brought over our food order, mine was all wrong (because of the assumptions that she made on what my sides should be), I told her that it was incorrect, she then proceeded to raise her voice, berat us & accuse us, she told me that she had asked me three times what sides I would like & by not answering she then assumed it was what was on the picture, what really made me angry was that she was trying to save face by lieing to the customer, not advisable at all, we told her that we wanted a new order (not a nuked version of something that you'd reheat in your home microwave), she went off and in a huff & came back pretty quick with the sides scaped off & the honey chicken nuked in the microwave, her attitude and incompetence was such that we left the restaurant entirely & went to Northside Bar & Grill for an amazing cod with Perch batter fish fry, we told our waitress there all about the troubles that we had at Bob's & with Jennifer, she was appalled! She did an excellent job serving us & we made sure that her tip reflected our thankfulness for good quality service. If you go to Bob's, just make sure you don't have Jennifer, perhaps one should wear a waterproof outfit (maybe scuba gear) & take some stress tabs, just in case you do have her as a server, it would help to prepare yourself for the really horrendous service to come. Read moreFirst time to the state of Michigan! We had a party of 5 adults. So the lady seats us in a corner with booth and the table had 3 chairs on the other side. The table next to us had 2 women sitting at it. There was maybe 2.5 ft between the 2 tables (the lady at the other table was squished in there) so 2 of our party sat on bench, 2 moved chairs around so they could sit at the table side. I pull a chair at the end of our table to accommodate us (so we weren't sitting right on top of each other) and we weren't crowding the folks at the nearby table. Our waitress comes over and bends down in my face,says you will have to move your chair, you can't be in the isle, its against fire code. There was about 4-5 feet in the isle after my chair was there. CAMILLA WAS NOT VERY NICE! so I move to the bench because there was more room on the bench,still trying to be careful not to over crowd the rest of our party or the next table. So she proceeds to take our order gets to me,( I'm FURIOUS because if you would have paid attention, you could have seen we were stuffed in the corner like sardines! ) I tell her a Dr. Pepper, I know she heard me and instead of asking me what I said. She said "WELL I CAN SEE THIS ISNT OFF TO A GOOD START". OH WOW! she gets our drink orders and goes up to the counter and CLEARLY starts talking about us. You can see them and so we get a new waitress, which this waitress was very polite, even apologized for CAMILLA!.. to solve the issue here CAMILLA SHOULD HAVE OFFERED TO MOVE US TO ANOTHER TABLE. And stay out of customer's faces!!! And be a responsible person and not went to other waitress with your mouth when in fact you could have been nicer, offered to make more room or relocate us.. so Bob Evan's you really should retrain CAMILLA on customer service, and the understanding of how important the customer really...
