Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Frenchtown Charter Township

Love chick Fila a, but the monroe location is only getting worse. We always order on the app, and always get carry out. We live far out in lasalle so it makes it more convenient. The first time they forgot half our food. The second time the order was completely wrong. So we started checking EVERYTHING before leaving thinking this would solve any issues. Placed an order on the app today, which everyone knows they are supposed to begin preparing your order when you click the "I'm here" button on the app. Arrived and did that only to discover they prepared the order the moment I ordered on the app. Meaning our food sat for 40 minutes and was completely cold, beverages melted, and the manager absolutely refused to replace the order. Last time I will ever visit monroe location. Will drive to Woodhaven or toledo instead. Not replacing an order that was completely cold due to your mistake is unacceptable to me. This is the whole purpose of having location tracking and an "I'm here" button on the app...

Disappointed. We had two separate app orders to pick up. One order was for three - 30 piece nuggets. Somebody came out calling a name (it was not the name on the order/sticker) then put it on the shelf. After waiting a bit, we checked to find it was ours, but it only contained one box of nuggets instead of three. We had to wait for one person to ask another person to find another person to get the three boxes we had ordered. In the second order, the shake was made first. We watched as it melted and we continued to wait. We did get the next order and with a check of the items thought we were clear, only to get home and find that the chicken strip salad was missing all the chicken. We tried calling. Twice. We were hung up on both times. While it was a larger order, we were certainly disappointed that they missed 60 nuggets and the chicken strips on a chicken strip salad. Hanging up on the phone just sort of tied the poor experience...

horrible lobby very nasty 🤮 waited a hour for a pickup ended up canceling the order leaving going to the one in troy stay away from this location even the tables are filthy slipped on ketchup in there lobby no employee tried to help me up seats covered with filth and food stains first and last time rather drive to troy for chic fil a for my kids worth waste of gas away from this chic fil a garbage watched an employee stand for hours after wasting a drink on the floor and just left it there umm like it gonna clean up its self may as well shut down this location clean out staff to hire new competent employees half there employee stand around like idiots here on there phones on...
