Hi this is Tanya Smith I am totally blind and I had too much oxygen damage the back of my eyes and I love Spectrum because they're the only TV provider that not only is is blind friendly meaning they have guides in Braille and you can get your bill statements in Braille like Bill notices and they come out to your house and they and if and if you have a problem they won't do like what DirecTV did is that they won't you know is that they won't that they will not charge you for fixing things that you can't fix just because you're blind at least that Spectrum puts care into that and they help you with your phone and they have and they have what it's called voice ID on your phone which is very nice problem is I've never been to your store and they need to have they need to have like a voice recorder where you can record shows and and the voice recorder can talk to you like they did on dish but every single time you call into a representative they lie and they say oh well we have that well nino they don't so I would rate it five out of five I wish I could...
Read moreToday I went to spectrum wireless to adjust my internet plan, I went inside and the first employee started assisting me he went in on the details of the different plans and all that at first everything was fine and normal. But then things turned south. Once I had started considering an different and better plan he had begun to be very rude, he was belligerent and sarcastic. I let it be for the time being but very soon after it had gotten worse. He forgot he was even helping me and didn’t apologize for it. When I went up to him and told him his response shocked me. Read moreThis store scammed us on our mobile bill. They are not allowed to take cash payments for mobile however one of there employees took our cash payment anyway. We got a receipt but we never got credit on our bill. Phones were shut off and when we asked at the store why the payment wasn't posted we were told they don't take cash even tho we had a receipt. They have shady sneaky employees who line their own pockets with our money. I'm going to lose my job because I'm on call and my phone is off, thanks to these people.
