This is by far the worst Gamestop I have ever been to Griffin always has a bad attitude and seems to hate his job and 2 out of 3 times I try to shop here they are closed for lunch. I spoke with Landon regarding the optional extended warranty that I purchase on a brand new series x and he informed me he would have to send me to another store since the Monroe location only has brand new ones in stock. He said they changed the policy AFTER I purchased the warranty and now they are only allowed to provide used consoles for a warranty claim. Being able to get a brand new console if there is a hardware failure is the only reason I purchased the warranty in the first place. He gave me customers services phone number and after explaining the situation to the rep and how it is unfair they sold me a warranty with the promise of a brand new console if something goes wrong then changed the policy, Even their own customer service rep agreed with me and said it is not right for Gamestop to honor a warranty that they talked me into. He said he would get a corporate manager to reach out within 3 days, Today is day number 8 and i called customer service back to see whats going on he said "since that is the new policy you wont be getting a phone call, the Gamestop employees are following the policy" Ive had so many bad experiences buying a used console from Gamestop they are always dirty, smelly and have overheating issues.    Read moreI'm really unhappy with the time I've wasted with the Monroe Michigan location! My Son and I visited this location Friday afternoon and inquired about a game called Nascar Heat Evolution for PS4. We were told that they didn't have it in stock, which was okay. The Attendant behind the counter said "let me call another location and see if they have one" He called the Lincoln, Park. Michigan store and they said that they had a used copy. I was going to go there and pick it up, but the attendant said "the store manager of that location lives in Monroe, let me see if he will bring it here. After having a conversation on the phone with the store manager, the attendant said, "he will drop it off here for you to pick up tomorrow, it will be here by 6:30pm Saturday. Now it is 7:43pm on Saturday and the game is not here as promised! I live 45 minutes from this location and they have done nothing but waste my time! Everyone seems clueless, like nobody communicated that I would be here picking up the game. I also called the Lincoln Park Location and the attendant was clueless WOW! Now I have an upset child that was excited about this game because someone can't follow through with what they said! Again, I was going to drive to the other location yesterday myself, but they insisted that the store manager could, and would drop it off today. Nope, not the case at all.    Read moreIncredibly Rude Employee! I had been shopping all day and went into this store last to get my son a Valentine's present. I mistakenly left my mask in the car when I came in and one of the employees, I'm told that he is the manager, told me that I had to wear a mask in the store. Out of courtesy, I asked my son to go get my mask. While he was gone I asked the employee, "what if I had a medical condition and couldn't wear a mask?"....he rudely responded, "if you couldn't wear a mask then unfortunately, you wouldn't be allowed in this building"...so, my son came back with the mask and I told him that we would be taking our business somewhere else....and so, we left and did do business elsewhere. Someone didn't give this employee/manager the memo that the Governor of Michigan doesn't require people with medical conditions to wear masks! Highly offended and will NEVER go back there again,...
