Wingstop — Restaurant in Frenchtown Charter Township

If I could give a zero star I would. The absolute rudest high school kids ive seen. Waited 45 minutes for a door dash order. They first said it would be ready in 5 minutes...25 minutes later still nothing. I asked whats up cuz i seen like 6 orsers go out b4 mine was ready so i politely asked agin...they said mines up next...5 more orders go out but still not mine. So i asked again, thats when a kid came up and said if you dont calm down i would be trespassed. I could see the workers in the back purposly putting my order ticket at the bottom of the orders and was talking to eachother, laughing and pointing at me and said were gonna make him wait longer now since he wants to rush people. No i was going by what your other employee told me which was im up next and it never came. Yall they told me i was tresspassed because they purposly was messing with me. Immature high school kids. Horrible...

this is the worst wingstop location i’ve ever been to. most of the time my order is slightly wrong, but aside from that the customer service is always awful when there’s a problem. my most recent visit i ordered my food 10 minutes before i left, waited in the store for 10 minutes. tracking the time from my card payment, it’d been thirty minutes since i ordered when i asked how much longer. turns out my food was ready way before then and just sitting on the counter while the girl played on her phone next to it. she gives it to me but mind you i’m on my lunch break at work and now do not have time to eat it, and i don’t want food after it’s been sitting for however long in the open air. i asked for a refund and she says i don’t have to wait i can leave it will be processed in a few days. no offers to mend the situation no courtesy even. just attitude and oh well. i will not be...

It doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of the week it is, this wingstop is literally the worst I’ve ever been to. You can place an order to be ready at a certain time and you’ll always have to wait at least 20+ minutes after the set time you made. In a rush? Too bad you’re waiting. To top it all off the order accuracy is all over the place. Sometimes my food is great, but most of the time the order is wrong and, yep you guessed it, have to wait another 30 minutes for them to remake your order. You’re lucky if you’re even greeted when you walk in as you have to stand there awkwardly staring at the employees hoping they even acknowledge you and when they do they’re rude. Do yourself a favor and go to chick fil an across the street for good chicken and employees that actually...
