Ordered a 3 tier cake and received a 2 tiered. Customer service is HORRIBLE. The owner not the worker. I called her after the wedding to discuss amount other things and she completely refused to take any responsibility. Flavor is fantastic but the construction was a 3 of 10. Baker/owner was advised cake was going 2.5 hrs away and this is what we received. I am so disappointed and embarrassed that I served this cake to my guests at my kids party. This was the most driest cake I’ve ever tried. This cake tasted like it was sitting out for days. Every time we would try to cut it or grab it with a fork it would fall apart from being so dry. I do not recommend this place at all!
