Churrasco Grill — Restaurant in Fresno

Food is delicious and which is why I continuously keep going back, But the service is horrible, every time I arrive the girl working is always extremely rude EVERY TIME Not once have I had a good experience with the girls that work there.. Plus she literally argued with me over her mistake, I normally call in my order because I work down the street just for a quick pick up and she claimed I called back and put in extra orders which I didn't, so she called me a liar to save her butt from her mistake. I work in customer service and if its my mistake or even if its not I apologize anyways, take responsibility and fix the problem, arguing with the other person isn't going to get me anywhere but make me even more upset and ruin my entire day. Normally I try to comprehend when they're extremely busy, but this time they weren't and I refuse to continue putting excuses for them. I was so upset I couldn't even enjoy my food anymore. I think either they gave me the wrong order or the beef shawarma is not really beef shawarma. The woman who took my order was very friendly and helpful, and she made me want to enjoy the food. Unfortunately, I didn't. As a lover of Mediterranean cuisine, I decided to try this place, but to be honest, it didn't live up to the hype. The rice pilaf tasted too buttery, the falafels were too creamy inside, and the beef shawarma wrap was not beef shawarma at all! The wrap I got didn't have much lettuce, the pita was soaked in oil, and most importantly, the signature beef shawarma seasoning that other Mediterranean restaurants use was missing. I haven't had Churrasco's food in at least 4 years and from what I remembered... I wasn't impressed. I was so anxious for my husband to try this delicious food but it didn't seem the same. We were served by a rude young man. When I asked him if my husband could change his order he just told us...its already made...I heard the cooks ask "what did she ask" to which the young man answered "nothing"....we didn't want to be any bother so we just accepted it. We ordered the chicken kabobs plates and the chicken was extremely dry....when we got the check we were surprised at the cost....only when the young server going over the cost against what we ordered did he come over and told us he gave us the wrong receipt.....pretty sure we won't...
