1) lady at check in was kinda rude at first then saw I was a platinum/diamond member and changed her tone. 2) lock severely gets stuck and should be a fire hazard. I had to use both hands to unlock and left unlocked while I slept which is just as dangerous especially with no door swinging lock. 3) water pressure in the shower is super low. 4) the tv is a flat screen but only has analog cable and makes the quality bad. on the bright side, room is clean UPDATE: after about 10min after I checked out, I received a phone call from the hotel apologizing for the issues and offered to reverse the charges. in a day and age where anyone will take a freebie, I declined and told the desk guy that I appreciated the offer but I will gladly pay for the room and I will return to give the hotel another chance. the room & property are really clean and they actually have a very nice continental breakfast considering the times. juices, individually packaged cerals, jimmy dean sausage biscuits, and danishes.

I stayed at this hotel for three days with my children, and unfortunately, we deeply regret our choice. The breakfast was passable, but it lacked hot options and proteins. However, the main issue was the safety of the area. The location felt suspicious, and the surroundings were unclean. In all my years of staying at various hotels, I have never encountered a broken window in my room, which further heightens my safety concerns. Moreover, there were concerns about the hotel's security. The guest rooms and leasing office are in separate buildings, there was a card key lock to enter the hall which was not functioning, so anyone can get inside. On the last day of my stay, while I was in the room, someone attempted to break in, but fortunately, I had a door latch, so they simply left it open. The lack of security measures at this hotel is troubling, and guests need to extra cautious It is essential to provide a secure environment for all guests.

Please be advised there is no airport shuttle again I said no airport shuttle!!! that is one of the reasons I've booked here to save myself $10 ride to the airport at 5 in the morning. I was a bit stressed because there was a very few Rideshare services available, but none the less it did work out finally. So I would do whatever you could to remove that statement from your website, that's kind of lame excuse to give someone as they are checking into the hotel. The room was clean pillows were good shower pressure was good, close to the hotel next door which has food, I still think I'm not sure with the lock down going on. So do your research people if you're traveling currently things are kind of weird out there in California, and all across the country for that matter. 😷🤠 11. 17 .20

We have been coming to Fresno since 1975 and have stayed at most of the hotels in town. We stayed at this location long before it was purchased and renamed by the Piccadilly Hotels Group. We stayed here a few times while it was branded a Piccadilly Express. We watched this location go steadily down hill over the years. The basic infrastructure is over 50 years old. This tells you right off there won’t be any electrical outlets in the right locations and Wi-Fi will be iffy. The non-working phones bolted on the bathroom walls are another clue. They are a left over remnant from a bygone era to become a “business hotel.” The old phone wires are now used to run a cobbed up Wi-Fi router system.||||There are work a rounds for most all these conditions. However, there is no work a round for 50 year old steel pipes that have corrosion blocking half of their inside diameter. The water pressure sucks here and will continue to do so until they rip the walls out and replace all the piping. That’s not going to happen; so be advised low flow shower heads and low flow piping are not compatible. Your hair will look like Cosmo Kramer when you step out of the shower.||||The folks that have secured this Quality franchise don’t seem to care very much about the overall hotel appearance or functionality of room equipment. There are thick cobwebs and giant wasp nests on the exterior walls. The desk chair in our room was broken and stuck in the full down position. The coffee brewer parts were broken. We had to patch it together with rubber bands to make coffee. The large wall mirror had “stuff” slopped all over it. The shower head is so loose it keeps pointing straight down. ||||It’s pretty clear this location uses “contracted” house keeping services and the workers do only what they are told to do and observe nothing. None of them can think beyond “when is quitting time?” They won’t report anything broken or dirty because they think they will be blamed for it and reported to ICE.||||Oh Yeah, One more thing…It’s improper American Flag protocol to fly our flag at night without illumination. Get lights on it or take it down at sunset.||||You make up your mind if you want to stay here. We stayed free with Choice Points and...

This hotel offered action, adventure, and filled with suspense. From the moment we got to the hotel we were meet with our first over the top guest. Such a wonderful experience. After check in we proceeded to our our only to find all the “secured” doors with tissues in them to prevent them from locking. At this point we questioned the safety but continued on our adventure. After we got to our room we were meet with a hot muggy room to which we immediately turned on the AC to cool off the room. We left for the rest of the day. Returned and found more tissues in the door locks which prevented the door from clocking. We continued to discard them so others would not be able to access the building. This is when I noticed several guys sitting in cars in the parking lot. In Fresno it’s over 100 degrees and I told my husband, it’s it weird how so many people are in their cars. We went to sleep and the next morning mentioned it to the staff and they laughed it off, we always have to take stuff out of the locks. Well we left for the day and when we returned we come back to several men in cars just sitting in the parking lot, the cars are not running and the temp was 107 at 10:00 at night. Of course more tissues were in the doors. We came into our room and to our surprise no maid service, no freshly made bed, no new towels…nothing. So we proceeded to get ready for bed. Shortly after midnight we heard 8 gun shots near our window. We immediately took some stuff and got out of there. The next morning we check out and notify management about the problems, they simply say Thank You. Seriously, avoid this hotel at all costs. Sadly we had a death in the family and this hotel was close to the memorial service which is why we chose it. Lesson learned.

We have 5 stars so it would be accepted but seriously it...
