Checked in on Friday 9/12/2025 and checked out 9/14/2025 at 830am. We were there for the weekend with our family of 6. Our stay was completely fine. Easy parking, decent room and decent breakfast for the kids. Nothing to complain about until we received a call from the hotel around 12pm on Sunday saying they are charging us $150 for damaged linens. We were completed caught off guard. We shortly discovered the damaged linens consisted of 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 3 wash cloths that had brown hair gel stain on them. We have always used ECO styler hair gel. It has a brown tint to them. It does get on to clothing and linens but easily washes off. Our little boys uses them and never had a problem cleaning it off of fabric. After explaining to the front desk manager and front desk agent that it was hair gel they refused to believe it. The front desk said “I’ve never seen gel like that”. And she said that the “linens” are bagged up and they are not touching it. The manager had a hostile attitude and refuses to speak to us. We later drove 45 mins back to the hotel to show them what gel we used and the new shift started and the front desk lady acted like she had no idea what’s going on and advised me to call back tomorrow at 10am to speak with the general manager. We later chatted via Hilton app and asked for the towels and the same front desk lady said they tossed it because the stain did not come out. We then explain to her that we wanted to see to towels since we are being charged for it. She told me to stop texting and to call tomorrow because there’s no one else there expect for her. We definitely got robbed. We called back Tuesday and spoke with corporate to mediate since the manager did not want to hear from us. Once we were connected she threaten to revoke our friends and family benefits if we don’t stop calling her. She was extremely unprofessional. And told us to call back Monday morning to speak with the general manager as there is nothing she...
Read moreExtremely happy with this hotel but not so much with the night live around. First the good. The value for your buck is unbelievable, considering how close this is to the airport. I walked from the airport rental to the hotel (10 minutes via path walk). If you not into walking, the hotel does offer free shuttle in and out so no fuss there. The rooms are specious clean and not much more could be asked for. Breakfast has is like any other Hampton (loved it) . I stayed here two nights as it was middle point for both national parks (Yosemite and Sequoia) If you plan to visit either of the parks just be mindful it takes 2 hours to get there (especially if you leave after 7am). The map shows you 1 hours but that is just to the entrance of the park. Now the bad, and its not the hotels fault but the city's management. From what I can tell the area at night is not tourist oriented, and the only thing I saw around was Quiznos and Little Ceasar pizza which as horrible it sounds was not that bad. Also, multiple people around this area speak of homeless people sleeping and hanging around which is probably true as I saw few here and there, but I came during heatwave (100F at 10pm) so I think they found cooler places for the night. I did not do much of driving around at night as I came in mainly for the hikes so not sure what the daylight has to offer. Last but not least, this hotel is packed with pilots and their crews and Airlines typically don't let pilots stay in unsafe and run down hotels so that should be good indicator how good of the hotel it is. I would put some photos but honestly there are plenty around and if you been in one Hampton you been to all and for the surrounding just use...
Read moreThis hotel was booked thru my job and I loved my 6 night stay. The rooms are spacious and clean the bathroom are too. The beds are comfortable. The room comes with a hair dryer and iron (bonus for me as I did use both) comp travel size hair products. You can control the temp in your room. The breakfast has a great variety of options. There is something for everyone. Coffee and hot water for tea/hot chocolate are offered all day by the front desk although it's not fresh and by the end of the day and it's cold. You can still pour yourself a cup and nuke it in the microwave in your room. The tv has plenty of channels to choose from. There is a Starbucks, Quiznos and Little Cesar's pizza just across the street you can walk no need to drive. And the big bonus ALL Staff is AMAZING, friendly and very helpful. This is now my go to hotel to stay at in Fresno. Oh and one more thing it's located by the airport but you can NOT hear the...
