Quiznos — Restaurant in Fresno

I have been coming here for a long time and always had great customer service and yummy sandwiches, but this last visit the new counter person was very rude to my daughter. My daughter ordered her usual, a tuna sandwich. The young lady put her bread with mayo in the toaster. My daughter tried to stop her but I'm not sure if she heard or chose not to hear so my older daughter went to the other side of the toaster and told the girl "my sister didn't want that toasted" so the girl walks over to my younger daughter and asked her "you don't want it toasted?" and my daughter told her no. The employee tells my daughter "well next time you need to tell me." My daughter tells her "they have never toasted my bread and you didn't ask." The girls says "we have always toasted the bread so you just wasted food, next time you need to say something." She then makes my daughter a new sandwich. When my daughter opened her wrapper the tuna and mayo oozes out like yuck. Then we hear her telling the man (owner) something in their language and he turns to look at us, we just walked out. If I go back I will definitely walk out and go next door if I see the same young girl working behind the counter. I don't know what happened with the other lady but they seriously need to let the girl go or they'll go out of...

I ordered the lobster roll and a chili bread bowl. Total $20. The store is beautifully clean and the owner/worker are ok people BUT the food is not it. The lobster roll was just imitation meat with mayo slapped onto cold bread with shredded lettuce and tomato. And we are talking about a small amount of meat. Would I get it again? No. The taste is not there. The chili bread bowl was even worse. It was mostly liquid and maybe 3 beans and 2 little piece of ground beef in a little cup. And bread bowl was old. Maybe I came in right when they opened so I got the leftovers of yesterday... but it was the worse chili liquid I ever had minus all the actual stuff that is suppose to be in a chili. Its like paying $10 for red water. Don't do it. Go get you a wacky hamburger instead or stick to that...

We ordered 3 sandwiches, the lady made 4 sandwich which we did not order. She put our 3 sandwiches in the bag and put the other sandwich to the side and tried to charge me for it. Soon as we seen it and said I only ordered 3 she took it off in a hurry and told me my total $46 and not $61. Be careful check the screen and get your receipt. We will not be returning here.
