Orloff Jewelers — Local services in Fresno

I've been wanting to visit this store for some time now, do to the great commercial adds. When I entered I was immediately greeted by one of the salesperson. I was not in any formal attire and was looking quite worn down from work but didn't feel like I was judged by my appearance. Rhondas greeting felt genuine and her energy made me feel at home. She asked me was I looking for anything special and I told her I was looking for a special gift for my fiance. Rhonda immediately went to work to fulfill my quest. Rhonda was very patient and not pushy or hurried in the least. If I could change one thing........it would be, me being able to buy three of the items that I really adored instead of the one. I knew this store would be more expensive than, say a JC Penny (where I have a credit line) but I really wanted the experience that I ultimately did experience, which made the purchase even more special. To be able to contribute directly Rhonda and to Mr Orloph (the owner) as well, who also made me feel welcome and insisted that I called him "Jim" was meaningful. It was refreshing beyond words to find that there are still businesses out there that actually believe in CUSTOMER SERVICE and SATISFACTION! I honestly feel like I would have received the same service had they known I didn't have a dollar to spend. In conclusion, I had a second to none experience and would highly recommend this fine establishment. My lady LOVES the gift and the thought behind it, so it's a double win! I will definitely return soon to experience excellence once again!

My first experience with Orloff was more than 10 years ago. We had purchased our wedding set from a jeweler who went out of business and one of the diamonds fell out. They fixed it quickly and professionally - praising the beauty of the ring all the while (my husband had designed it). For our 5 year anniversary, he had them make me an anniversary band to match and the result was stunning!!! I had several more diamonds fall out of the original band and they fixed it every time for a reasonable price and quickly. After all of that, he wanted to get me a new wedding band so we went in to fix it again and had me try on new bands. I thought he would replace it for a big anniversary like our 20th and just wanted to get an idea of what I liked now. I tried on nearly every ring in the bridal section and all of my favorites were recorded in their system. Including my all time favorite. That Christmas, guess what I got?!?! They all kept it a secret from me - brilliantly! It is the most stunning ring ever and we have always been impressed with the customer service! I have had one employee who rubbed me the wrong way, but someone else quickly took over and James Orloff sent her a look of "back off." I appreciated it greatly and chalked it up to that employee having an "off" day (she was always great before!). I am sad to hear the negative reviews on this site because Orloff has always been an amazing business and we LOVE getting our jewelry from them. Other companies have not given us such good service - nor the quality that we have received from Orloff!!! I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a try and decide FOR YOURSELF what to think!!!!! The time has come for me to share my experiences with you about Orloff Jewelers. I have been in a relationship with this business for many years. I love the consistency in how you are treated every time you walk in the business. You are always greeted with a smile, how can we help, small talk, and a bottle of water if you should desire. Every team member is consistent every time I have visited over the past 10 years. I have had jewelry cleaning for my David Yurman necklace thanks to Melodie. I get a text reminder every 6 months! I have had jewelry repairs done efficiently and timely. My latest experience is amazing !!! I went in to get a cleaning, Melodie was not there and I was just hanging out while they cleaned my necklace. Rhonda was chatting with me about what I was up to. We were having a great conversation and then I asked if she thought they might have a matching wedding band for my wedding ring. I had not been able to find one that matched. Guess what ??? You’re right… Rhonda found a match! I couldn’t be happier. It was my 5 year wedding anniversary and my husband surprised me with the matching ring! I am complete ! I have a great relationship with the team at Orloff. I never feel put off or put to the side. Always welcome by the entire team at Orloff! Sometimes, it is not the least expensive that gets your attention…it is how they make you feel!!! And I feel like I am walking on sunshine !!! Thank you...
