This Jamba Juice location is ok, however one of the ladies upfront is never friendly and does not know the menu well at all. I asked whivh of the menu items on the plant based section was a fruit smoothie with oat milk (as I wasn't wearing my glasses when I walked up and she said none, I asked if she was sure as I had just had it a couple weeks ago and she said only the Super Blend Menu items could add it for extra cost...so I ordered what she told me would work for my dietary condition. A minute later I located my glasses and found the Smooth Talking Mango on the menu and let her know... and she was not apologetic or bothered, just went about handing me the PB and Banana with the extra cost of strawberry and oatmilk... Her job is to KNOW the menu and be trained on making the juice smoothies...I know she has been at this location for a while so it's no excuse to NOT know. We try to go after the gym, but Im thinking I will go to other locations where they really go out of thier way to answer questions and smile while taking care of the customer. Read moreI am writing this review to express my growing disappointment with Jamba Juice. Over the years, I've enjoyed their products, but recent experiences have drastically changed my perception.
Firstly, the once warm and welcoming atmosphere has been replaced by cold, impersonal kiosks. While technology can enhance convenience, it should not replace the human element entirely. The kiosk setup feels impersonal and diminishes the customer experience.
Moreover, it is evident that the employees who remain are overworked. With fewer staff members, those on duty are stretched too thin, resulting in diminished service quality. It’s disheartening to see the effort they put in while clearly being overwhelmed.
The lack of customer interaction, combined with the reduced staffing, has led to longer wait times and a noticeable decline in overall service.
I have always valued Jamba Juice for its quality and customer service, but these changes have left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I hope Jamba Juice re-evaluates its approach and brings back the excellent customer service we once enjoyed.

Read moreWould give 0 if I could. I went to this location today 07/20/21 at about 6:30. Let me start by saying there was only one person ahead of me yet the wait was outrageous. That wasn’t the worst part. There were flies in the pastry container between the register. I had to request new waffles on my own. A guy came from the back removed the flies yet failed to replace the food. He removed the waffle plate added 2 fresh ones in the front and placed them back. When the other workers asked if he replaced them he said yes check the cameras you’ll see he just simply added 2. The rest of the food never got replaced and they even sold to the person behind me! They served me a pink drink when I ordered an orange dream machine. She handed me the drink and I said this is not made right. She responded yeah I thought so myself.
