My fiancé got my engagement ring done at The Vault in Fig Garden. It was a little big so I had to get the ring taken down half a size. I've stopped by the shop on 3 separate occasions to see if I could get my ring taken in and finally, I was able to.
The called 48 hours after I dropped the ring off and had it ready for me to pick-up. So of course being newly engaged, I rased across town to pick-up my ring before closing.
When I got there, a blonde greeted me..(who I've had pleasant interactions with until now). She pulls out my ring.. along with the extra diamond that was taken out due to smaller size. Well anyways, she gives me my ring and I notice what I thought was a hole in the ring band. When I brought it to her attention, she got really defensive and informed me that what I thought was a hole was actually a dirt spot. She then very rudely demanded the ring back so that she could attempt to get the dirt spot out. Unfortunately, her nor the jeweler could not get the dirt spot out. She then asked me if I wanted to keep the ring WITH the DIRT UNDERNEATH THE DIAMOND. how rude? how poor to conduct business. Who would want their new engagement ring with a dirt spot in it. Longgg story short, The short, thick blonde was beyond rude and I felt like a huge inconvenience.:( I was going to purchase my wedding bands from there but they will not be getting my business!!!! poor attitude cost & poor attention to detail cost you...
Read moreI brought myself a watch , that was unfortunately to big for me. I call around local businesses to see how much they will charge to take off links for me. So my watch can fit perfect around my waist, a lot of businesses Are charging 20-30 bucks a link . Lucky I call the vault jewelers and said they do it for 10 a link. I head down there and was greet by the owner I assumed who welcomed me in. He took a look at my watch and knew exactly how many links need to be taken off. After couples minutes he comes back with a perfectly fitted watch around my wrist . Before I can even take out my credit card to pay , he shakes mine hand and said it’s on the house.
I hardly write reviews , but I must say this place is about customer service . They just want to see their customers happy.
Also this was my first time visiting this place and it...
Read moreMy fiancé and I stumbled upon The Vault following an unsavory experience with another jeweler in Fig Garden. My fiancé had just popped the question a few days prior and I was eager to get my ring resized. It was New Year’s Eve when we walked into The Vault. We were greeted with the warmest smiles and held meaningful conversations with the owner, Mr. Gary, and his salesmen for over 2 hours!
Mr. Gary is nothing short of amazing. He is kind-spirited, extremely knowledgeable, and he certainly understands the concept of hospitableness. The serviceman, Mr. Benny, expedited my ring repair and had it ready for me to pick up in just a few days. Needless to say, my diamond solitaire engagement ring fits perfectly.
Due to its professional staff and excellent customer service, The Vault certainly ensured that my family and I are...
