I was super excited on Saturday because we were buying a Tucci Green Pan set. So after buying it from Williams Sonoma (wow) I was a little disappointed when I discovered that evening that one of the pan handles was loose right out of the box. Still I was happy, and thought - I’ll call in the morning and surely WS in Fig Garden will replace, exchange whatever to make it right… after all we had paid $900 for it (a sacrifice). The guy on the phone wasn’t rude, but he wasn’t helpful either! Told me it was a known issue and to call the manufacturer.. I tried to explain, it’s been 12 hours seriously how can you be so unhelpful after we paid $900 and you’re Williams Sonoma!! Anyways, packed everything up and took it back - thanks to Kevin the knife guy I didn’t make a scene and he replaced my pot with loose handle (from the display - see I wasn’t unreasonable). Poor customer service is what I experienced at your store, and thanks Mr. or Ms. Manager for not having the guts to come out and face me or take my call. Read moreI wanted to say that I was in the fresno fig garden store Saturday Oct 27 and had the pleasure of being helped by an employee by the name of Cindy......she was very very helpful with helping me choose a stack of cutting boards .....I wanted to choose about 5 of them in various sizes and recreate a look I had seen on Pintrest....she did not ever get impatient with me and I was taking a lot of time making up my mind....she even offered to go into the back storeroom and look for more styles. And then when I began looking at the Japanese knives, (I think the brand was Shun).....once again she kept going in the back and checking for knives that I saw on display but were not out on the sales floor.....she was amazing ....I also bought a mandolin , which she explained to me how to use and gave me her full undivided attention. I have shopped in this store before and made many many purchases, but I have to say I have never ever felt as well taken care of as Cindy made me feel....I only hope that the upper management of Williams and Sonoma is aware of what an outstanding employee they have and what a valuable asset she is to...

Went in on Saturday to see about a Breville juicer, they went to check if they had it in the back, the woman returned and said they didn't and that she would order it, so she took down ally info and that was it. Called Wednesday evening to check the status, not only did they not order it, or called back, but the person on the phone tried to telle that the juicer they had in stock was the same one that I wanted which is a huge lie since I've already done my research and when I told her all the differences between the two she says" Yeah I don't know", you I can order it yourself if you want to.
