Rosie's Flower Shop — Local services in Fresno

I live in Texas and found this flower shop on the Internet. I was attempting to order flowers for my son who is in the Phantom of the Opera tour, that has a two week stop in Fresno. The gentlemen that answered the phone at the shop did not appear to want the business. Before I could complete a sentence he was interrupting me expressing concerns about whether someone would be available at the theatre to take the flowers on the date of delivery, even though we had not discussed a specific delivery date. He kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain, by throwing up road blocks to the order such as how "Saturday" would be a difficult day to deliver (even though I never asked for delivery on that day) and how he needed someone to be there to make the delivery (something I tried to explain and am certain would not be a problem during regular business hours as I have had flowers delivered to my son in numerous theatres across the country and never once had a problem - the theatres are accustom to accepting flowers for their performers and they have regular procedures for doing so). He was so negative and dismissive about the order, I finally decided to call someone else. Between his aggressive interruptions and negativity, it seemed more trouble than it was worth and given that you are somewhat at the mercy of the flower shop to deliver an arrangement in the quality you are ordering, I lost confidence in them to do so. I have no idea if their flower arrangements would be of a good quality, but the customer service so terrible, given this gentleman's attitude (he should not be answering the phone and taking orders given the very poor image he created for the shop), that for that reason alone, I would not recommend this shop. You should not have to start the purchase feeling like the person on the other end of the phone is arguing with you and discouraging you from using...

This shop is all about customer sevice and they goes above and beyond. We showed them a picture from Google of an idea of what we wanted to decorated our set for our biggest even of the year. They delivered the exact arrangement! The board of Directors of the IDC were blown away! The flowers were beautiful and fragrant. The whole experience was fantastic from beginning to end.

I have used Rosie's before for smaller personal gifts and I have never been disappointed. I am always in awe by what they deliver.

Rosie just finished all the flowers for my daughter Victorias consecration ceremony . The Halo headpiece she created out of babies breath and miniature orchids was magnificent as was her bouquet of white roses, all the boutonnieres, wristlet s , and the gorgeous basket centerpieces as well as a beautiful bouquet of white lilies . I worked with her from across the country on the phone and everything she promised she delivered and then some . She is a kind , sensitive, and compassionate human being who goes over and above to make you happy . Her work is extraordinary and her prices are very reasonable .
