I was in complete shock when reading the comments because a lot of them are VERY INACCURATE and NOT TRUE! I have enjoyed my service 10 years ago and today I still do! This place has many sizes up to 4x. You are allowed to try on dresses. They do give you a minimum per day so you don’t waste time and go just to play dress up! Maybe if they know you are serious about your purchase and polite because the style you thought would suit you doesn’t, they might let you try on a couple more of something suitable to your taste. Also I would love to announce that I really enjoyed Jessica and Jeanettes assistance when my fiancé and I needed help finding the right dress. They ask what type of event is the dress for, what styles are you comfortable with. When you give them an idea with your size and ask what type of dress will fit your frame. They will be completely honest and not in a rude way either. Women really need to stop getting offended and realize that this is their profession. They are trying to just help you out! I recently visited Sugar Sugar in search of a dress, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the workers.

The customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers and were outright rude when approached for assistance. When I asked for help reaching a dress that was hanging high above, I was shocked to be told that I would have to commit to buying it or pay a fee of $10 just to have it taken down. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.

Furthermore, the selection of dresses, while potentially promising, was difficult to assess given the poor customer service and unwelcoming atmosphere. It’s unfortunate that such a special event like a quinceañera was overshadowed by such a negative shopping experience.

Terrible customer service, I would rate this 0 stars if I could! First time I came, the owner did not let my 6 bridesmaids each try on dresses. He told all of them to just choose one dress and pass it down to try on, we asked if we can each try on a dress or two that we we each picked and since we were asking so many questions he just told us to come back on the week day because there were “so many people” but the store was not crowded at all and there was only one other party in the store. I tried to give this place another shot so I brought my mom and sister here to shop, same thing happened! He was staring us down like we were going to take photos of the dresses, and then called us out to come back on a weekday. Again, the store was not busy at all, only one other party in the store.
