I had such a great experience working with Kicsia. I came in with a few pieces I wanted to repurpose — a pair of earrings and an idea for a pinky ring — and she immediately understood the style and vibe I was going for. She offered thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel pressured, and the process of creating a new design felt really collaborative and easy.

On top of that, I brought in two watches that needed new batteries and cleaning, and she actually stayed after closing hours to help finish everything. That kind of generosity and customer care is hard to find.
