Initally the srrvice started off great, my mother. 71yr looking to purchase sectional living room set. She foundvone she liked. Store rep Stephon(male) assisted us, like i mentioned was helpful. This sales rep Stefon did spend time making sure the payment with finance was wht my mother could afford. We left satisfied. Day of delivery finance company called and informed my mother who payments were almost trippled wht Stefon told us and my mother agreed to. Luck they called or my mother would have been stuck with payment she can't afford that. Furniture came she told them leave it on truck. She called Stefon whovstaryed fadt talking her. Thry took the furniture back, trying to charge my mother a 700.00 restcocking fee. When the store didn't honor the quote Stefon gave us. We have bern trying to speak with supervisors/manager ovet a week. When we call they alwasys seem to put Stefon the one individual we don't want to speak to. Read moreI am impressed We went shopping for a sofa and loveseat and went to a bunch of furniture stores on Blackstone. We mostly found cheap couches with sewn in pillows and plastic legs and no color selection (unless you wanted to wait three months for a shipment from China.) Then we went into Royal Furniture. Not only did we find quality furniture we could pick our fabric and color and the back pillows were not sewn in. We paid a little more than we had hoped to pay (but negotiated down to where we felt comfortable) but so worth it for the quality, the warranty, the clean-ability, and the comfort. We got exactly what we wanted. The salesman was great (MJ), the furniture was made in the USA, and it was delivered in five weeks! A week sooner then we anticipated! The delivery guys (Peter and Ming)were so accommodating, considerate, and went above and beyond to remove a door (and put it back) and help us take down two dozen photos and artwork from our stairwell so that they did not get damaged in order to bring them into our basement room. Read moreLast time I buy something from them. I bought two queen beds, two love seats, and a couch from them on three different occasions. I let you guys decide if I was a real costumer. I didn't have any problems with them until I noticed that one of the cushions on the couch had a bad sew within the first 6 months. I went to the store to see if they could replace it but I got nothing but bad attitude and rude comments from the store sales manager. He kept insisting that "he had never seen anything like this before" and "that my cat probably did it." I don't have cats and I take good care of my stuff I kept insisting. As a matter of fact, I bought covers for my two love seats and couch a month after buying them that's why the cushion that was taken to the store was clean and in good condition besides having the bad sew. He still didn't believe me until I showed him pictures of my couches with the covers. That made him change his mind.
