I came here on a Monday a little after 1pm and I was seated promptly and asked what kind of drink I would like before heading to the restroom. So I came back from the restroom with the iced tea already sitting at the table. But I waited from 1:13pm all the way until 1:31pm and nobody bothered to help check in on me or help me out. Way too long of wait to be helped out if you ask me, even if the restaurant was busy. But for a rainy day it was not a full house at all maybe almost half full at most. So I to talked to the gentleman who seated me, to pay for my iced tea as I wasn’t as eager to try their food anymore. He offered to comp my iced tea and get me a meal but I refused. He was a nice guy so I let him comp the iced tea but I gave him $20 as he was the only one who helped me and was kind enough to me. I don’t know if it is the way I dressed as I wore my old shoes and clothes, it’s the same attire I wear to work everyday. Maybe it could be the waitresses thinking I was served already but at the same time if they weren’t sure they could’ve asked. They all had nearly 20 minutes to ask. I even had a menu sitting in front of me. I’m just disappointed in the wait staff and I just can’t recommend this place in that regard. I own a restaurant myself and I know I don’t looking like a restaurant owner with my daily attire but I never let my customers feel that same way I felt when I came here. It’s a reason I strive so hard to make sure our guests feel welcomed at my restaurant. I always made sure to check up on my customers even if I’m not sure if they’ve been helped or not. So if anyone from management see’s this, I just hope you take the time to address this situation with your staff. I don’t plan on returning to give you a try but I hope you can fix that issue that way other customers don’t have to deal with what I dealt with. I was getting my car serviced at Subaru and really wanted to try the food out as my delivery guy says the food is good here. Read moreI came in for dinner with my boyfriend last night and had such horrible service and nasty disgusting food. Bella our server walked up to our table waving herself with her guestcheck book sweating profusely. We both ordered iced tea that didnt have no taste of tea at all. We asked for a soda instead the diet pepsi was flat. I ordered a cup of chili that was so salty i couldnt even eat it. I told my boyfriend to try it and he said it was too salty. We both ordered the tritip dinner we waited for over 25 minutes for our food. When Bella brought out our food she sat our plates down. The tritip was so thinly sliced looked like it had been cooked in the microwave. The tritip didnt even look like meat the vegetables were overcooked. I staired at my plate and looked at my boyfriend he said whats wrong? I said look at this food i cant even this? Bella rudely said whats wrong with it. I was like it dont look like any tritip i ever had before. I said i am not eating this? Bella looks at me like i was crazy. I hesitated to even order anything else because of the service n food already. My boyfriend institsed i eat so i ordered the blackened chicken alfredo pasta. I only ate a few bits of it and the dinner bread they served with it had no taste or flavor. I asmed for a to go box. The night manageron duty came over to our table. I told him what horrible service we had from Bella go on to say he has had problems with her in the past. I said well i work in customer service and what service she gave us wasnt good for your business. The manager apologize for The rude service. I came home and gave my daughter the blackened chicken pasta alfredo. She started to eat it and she found a use by date sticker in the pasta. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to the night manager and explained to him what i found. He encourage me to call and speak to the general manager i will be calling and speaking to him at 8am tomorrow morning. I will never waste my money on horrible food and service. I have also ate at the clovis location. I ordered a piece of carrot cake to go. I got home the piece of cake was frozen....
Read moreI went with my Daughter and Granddaughters for breakfast yesterday morning, it was our first time being there, I always heard good things about this place, but after what we experienced we will never be going back there, the lady that sat us was rude she was taking our orders and as I was still talking she was walking away like she was in a rush and it wasn't even busy like that and even if it was you don't treat people that way, she rushed all of us when taking orders, at one point she came back and asked if I wanted me coffee I said yes just half way and the way she served it was so fast she spilled coffee on my phone and filled it to the top, and rushed off. everything about her was a rush, than we go get in line to pay our tab and we're the next ones waiting to pay, after the person in front of us finishes the man taking payments looked at us turned aroind and walked away and went to go clear off tables, my daughter and I looked at each other and we were like what the heck, so we're waiting, than some other lady walks up and asked us if we've been helped we said no, she takes our payment but her too was rude and rushing and there was no one behind us and it even wasn't busy like that, I guess that's how they run...
