What a find! You won't find more helpful or honest store management with such excellent prices anywhere in the greater Fresno area. Our old used fridge died shortly after getting it and we decided to finally get a new one. But Sears, Home Depot ... too expensive! Even scratch & dent American Freight was too $$$. We found Appliances 4 Less and from the moment we entered, we were shown around without any hassle or high pressure sales. We told them our price range: they showed us their stock (discounted brand new scratch & dent mostly) and then let us decide (even pointing out little dents or scratches we may not have seen). We decided on an LG ThinQ and they offered FREE delivery to our home (nearby). Had a minor issue with the fridge a couple days after and they tried to repair it for us under their warranty. No success (it was a fluke) so they brought out a complete replacement! Talk about customer service! This one is absolutely excellent and we couldn't be happier. Honestly we went in today, and from the start I wasn’t too happy with everything. The lady that was helping us out in the beginning although I appreciate the friendliness in ready to help , she would not give us our space to look around freely all in our bubble just watching us check out the refrigerators! It wasn’t until more clients came in that she finally left us alone she was very pushy with another client in hurrying her to make the purchase as well! For being a place that wants to help you save money the add ons sure do add on quickly $70 fee to have the appliance delivered and installed. The guy helping us at the end said to get it installed it’s another charge but “they would be kind and not charge us “ I think it’s just a silly little sales tactic to make you feel special about saving you money quote on quote I just didn’t like it I went down the street to Best Buy felt much better got a new fridge and for the same $70 Best Buy is delivering our new fridge installing it for us and taking the old fridge away too! Honestly don’t bother go to a real place like Best Buy...

This place is a Wonderful! I had recently moved to Fresno from LA and was in desperate need of a fridge and washer/dryer. I didn’t feel like paying 5-6k+ at Lowes or Home Depot so I hit the webs and stumbled upon this place and Man Oh Man am I happy I did!! Darron and Richard are very helpful and go above and beyond to meet the customers needs. Darron helped me with suggestions toward my budget and wasn’t pressured at all during the looking of units. They delivered to my house exactly where it would be set up! Now that’s what I call service! This is a “scratch and dent” retailer so you have to understand there will be cosmetic imperfections on the units but they’re ALL BRAND NEW. There was just a tiny dent on the side of my dryer which caused the drum to brush up against the side and make a knockknock noise, I let Richard know and sent him a video of what’s happening and the very next day he came here in the morning and had the very small issue fixed in less than 5 minutes.
