Long BUT READ PLEASE||Any good review here has to be fake, there is NO way they are talking about this hotel. I was just here 4/13/25 and it was the dirtiest hotel I have been in. I did not feel safe for one minute in the hotel, the area is a sketchy run down part of town near a Hustler store and a Tilted Kilt with homeless addicts wandering around. The hotel doesn't even look like it's open when you arrive, so my uber drove around a few times. I checked in and was already really worried due to the smell. There was musty, weird smell in the lobby and plexiglass for staff to hide behind. I had to carry my luggage up 20 stairs because there is no elevator, instead an outdoor courtyard of long rows of buildings with staircases on the outside. I ended up in the last building all the way in the back. As a solo female traveler I was now completely secluded in the way back of a run down hotel. Any time I would have needed anything it would have taken me 15 minutes to get the the main building. The room was so incredibly filthy I was shocked, there were huge black stains on the carpet, the couch looked like it had blood, dirt and other mystery bodily fluid stains all over it and it should be put out on a curb (see pic). Every wall had stains, damage, filth all along the floorboards and corners. Some mystery smeared substance was all over the door handle, there was still garbage in the room as well. I was afraid to sit or open my bag because there was that pepper roach bug spray smell in the room and I would have NEVER been able to sleep on the stained, disgusting bedding and pillows. I called hotels.com to tell them how horrible my room was and they said to call the front desk to tell them to see if I could work it out. Suddenly my door opened and a maid walked in, no knocking or announcing herself just pooped in without warning, and she said oh they told me the room was dirty so I came to look. So, then I had to drag my suitcase all the way back down the hallways, the stairs and back to the lobby. She then gave me another room, I then drug my suitcase back up the stairs a 3rd time, found the room and could not even get the door open. There was other people already in there, holding the door closed. I then stood there flagging down the housekeeping staff who looked at me, shrugged and ignored me. At that point I burst into tears after 12 hours of flights and travel- I was exhausted. I drug my suitcase back down the stairs and hallways yet again, and I'm telling her I can't even get in and at this point I will need a refund because I can't stay there and don't feel safe. She tells me she can try putting me in a room there in the main building, but it would cost me more money per night and I am beyond flabbergasted that she would even suggest after all this I would pay MORE. I say I wanted a refund, and I was going to leave to go stay at a hotel with family attending the same wedding I was. She says she can't refund me, and I tell her, very nicely, I will be fighting the charges if I am charged for this fiasco. She then refunds me, and honestly she was very nice. The front desk staff was the only positive thing about this hotel. If you are running a hotel and you can't even clean it, wash the walls, clean the linens, dump a filthy disgusting couch then close it down. I can't even imagine trying to eat or drink anything here with the filth, which you can 100% guarantee extends to any kitchen or food storage areas. AVOID at any costs unless a run down, filthy hotel is worth saving 30 bucks over. DEFINATLEY avoid if you're a single...
Read moreLiterally the WORST HOTEL YOU CAN EVER STAY AT!!! Do not come here, the staff here is terrible they are so rude! Me and my family decided to stay her for 2 nights. Long story short we got our room after settling in we noticed the room was FILTHY, GLASS everywhere PUBIC hair in the bathroom walls were so dirty as if housekeeping never stepped foot in that room. Asked the front desk to help us out with getting us a new room and they absolutely said NO. We asked for a refund they said NO. We asked for at least a cancellation they said NO. We weren’t even in the room for more than an hour. We were there from 5:30-9pm and after the hour of being in the room the rest of that time was spent trying to get my money back and BELUL and JOSELYN were the employees at the front desk 8/24/24 they were so terribly rude to me and my family. All we were asking for was our money back since they couldn’t give us a new room mind you we had a 3year old with us and they expected us to stay in that room full of glass. SO HAZARDOUS and they didn’t care. We asked for a manager many times and we kept getting turned down, they would look at each other and laugh about it. We got security called on us for no reason, security checked out our room as well and sided with us he even went out of his way to try and help us at least get a cancellation because we were not going to stay there with our 3year old. Turned the keys into BELUL and all she could give me was a recipe with my reservation 8/24/24-8-26-24 never even stayed there she kept demanding that we come back Monday and speak to a manager. Came back Monday morning to see if the manager could help us out since belul said Manger DOLORIS would help. We got there to BELUL being there in the front desk Monday morning and said we were BANNED and could not be on the property anymore. I Asked to speak to manager Dolores and once again she was “not there”. BELUL literally kept saying we were banned and kept giving us her hand and would walk away so rudely. Took it into our own hands and knocked on the office door to a lady named Angie that said she would let Dolores know what happened. We are out of that money until this day. TERRIBLE!!!!!! DOESNT DESERVE ANY...
Read moreI'm not sure where to start. If I could send photos I would. When I pulled in the hotel sign was falling apart and wrapped in caution tape. This not a 3 star hotel and not up to par. The hotel is run down. I felt like I was at a bad "hourly rate" hotel if you know what I mean. The photos on the website are NOT a true reflection of your hotel accommodations. You have a beautiful lobby and the plants are well kept. The important part is the guest rooms. It's clear they have attempted upgrades and failed. I was assigned room 119. It looked like a condemned room. It had the lock ripped off the wall and was pretty gross. There was a 5ft by 2ft brown water stain from upstairs leaking through over one of the beds. When I requested a new room, I was placed in room 134, I believe. The room was bad too. The door had a lock but had a gap under it that allowed the light to shine through and we woke up to a flooded doorway because the sprinklers had come on overnight and flooded inside the room. The headboard and desk had large slice marks or slashes in them and had been painted over. I checked the mattress at that point worried someone had been hurt in this room. If you don't believe me, I have photos. The closet door didn't fit and had a track that was ripped out of the floor. The door was propped up and leaning at an angle and unusable. The bathroom had mold and rotted caulking. It was gross! And to top it off they allowed a guest to play his car stereo in the parking lot with sub woofers shaking the building at 4 am for almost an hour. I called the desk and asked what was going on and he stated, "What do you mean ma'am? I said, "I'm sure you can hear this it's rattling the whole building to which he said, "Oh okay, I'll check it out." The noise continued for sometime.
When I was asked at checkout how my stay was, I stated, "It was the worst hotel stay I have ever had." The front desk attendant said, "Choose somewhere else next time."
As someone who was in Fresno for the first time for a college visit, I definitely won't come back and warn all university folks about this horror of a hotel. It's scary. I would hate to set my kid up here. It's like a seedy scene...
