Walked in, greeted immediately by Rosa and staff, very friendly, helpful and informative about the product, the available promotions and sale. With her help, ended up finding a complete bed mattress set and she guided me through the finance process and complete sale. Overall, she made a most pleasant and speedy, no fuss experience and made sure all of the details of my delivery were accurate. We Came in as walk ends Rosa greeted us she was very pleasant her customer service skills were excellent she was non pushy honestly I didn't even feel like she was a sales rep. She fully understand stood that we are just looking and wanted to test out a few different styles we basically give her information on how we slap And what type of concerns we had with getting a new mattress. She understood completely that this was a large purchase and help us make the best decision for us. I love the fact that I disclosed to her that money was not an issue I just wanted something that was the best. She didn't automatically go to the most expensive products she went with what she thought would be best for our needs she showed us some of the styles and without sounding pushy she walked me through the steps I what I needed to do.
