We have been going to this Panda Express for the last five years. For the most part, the food is mediocre at best but you expect that from a "fast food restaurant". The tradeoff is lower expectations on the quality of food for quick in and out service. Unfortunately, (for my wife and myself) we had to wait 25+ minutes for the "fast food". The frustrating part is when you see that there is in fact Honey Walnut Shrimp in the serving platter but they won't give it to you. Zero communication between the employee taking the orders and the cook. They literally are six feet away. I stood and patiently waited while watching our food get colder and colder as the server continued to yell "Where's the shrimp?" while taking orders. The cook who made eye contact with me a few times obviously heard her but decided for whatever reason that the shrimp and I could wait. So, approaching the 25th minute of standing by the register I was handed my food and two egg rolls for the "short wait". Almost a half hour of my time is worth a heck of a lot more than $3 in egg rolls. I will not be going back due to the considerably low quality of food and service and advise you to look to a different Panda or somewhere...
Read moreI drive to 3 different locations and I was totally given the run around 😤 by the time I threw in the towel on locating pot stickers, the food I had purchased from the first location was completely cold by the time I got home. What an absolute waste of time and money. The first location sent me to another location which was closed 5 minutes before I got there and when I went to the 3rd location... They offered to make up a batch of green bean/mushroom w/chicken for me (waited around 15 min....it was ok, no big deal) but the eggrolls I had ordered had been sitting there since before I walked in and were inedible by the time I got home to eat. Read moreI usually don't but... I called the number on their Google search and was directed to a Panda Ordering call center. Ordered, charged my card, went to pick it up. When I arrived they had no idea what I was talking about. Turns out they have a different number I have to call but that is not posted online. So much for convenience on your lunch break.
Then I called that same number that I ordered from they couldn't get a hold of the store. Bottom line: I just wanted a refund and they want ME to call guest relations? Uh, please just refund my money and invest in someone to upkeep your google search because there are not many people as...
