We walked into his office completely green on the process of buying a home and walked out after that first meeting feeling confident and ready to face the housing market. Anthony explains things clearly and simply, and won't let you forget anything along the way. He will help guide you to decisions without leveraging his own opinions on the matter. "What do YOU want to do?" is the question you'll hear most, because he genuinely wants to know what you want, and he'll help you get to that decision with his vast and surefooted knowledge of the market and the whole process of buying a house.

What isn’t there to say about Anthony?? For starters we both have the same name so instant brownie points there! All kidding aside, my wife Erin and myself had ZERO knowledge when buying our first home. Anthony not only helped us find our current home in Wilmington, but we also learned a lot from him during the whole process. We had the most amazing experience working with Anthony, he was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, flexible, supportive and professional! He was always calm and patient during this entire process, I wish I could say the same about us (my husband and I). Purchasing a house during the summer peak season was by far one of the most stressful things I’ve ever experienced. After being outbid multiple times on multiple properties by multiple buyers we definitely had some moments of self doubt and nearly walked away.
