I had scheduled a Tattoo session with Josh for today and by far he exceeded my expectations! The drawing was simple and cute (just as I asked), and he even happily edited the tattoo for me. The only "problem" i had is the name placement and he fixed that for me with no objections or complaints. While tattooing, Josh is very light handed compared to a lot of other artist out there. From what I could tell from today he's very delicate and meticulous when it comes to him tattooing. He has a way of tattooing thats oddly enough very admirable to watch. He doesn't put too much product down and doesn't just lather and cake your skin with product. And the way he worked is an art form in itself. The peice he created for me and put on my body is exactly how I invisioned it if not better! I cannot thank Josh enough for the work he did on me today. While in the shop waiting for Josh to finish setting up and for the stencil to dry, I was drawn to the piercing jewelry available and ended up getting my Tragus done. Starr is very knowledgeable about the piercings and helping pick out the perfect statement peice for you. Starr also did an awesome job considering the fact that the tragus is a thick peice of cartilage I had minimal pain in that area. Went in for Friday 13th tatts and yes we knew it would be crazy busy everywhere. It's also our wedding anniversary so we celebrate every year by getting tatts. Everything started off good like I called in got a great response from artist who answered the phone. Was told an hour and half to two our wait but they were grinding them out so maybe sooner than that. After we got there we were greeted and told the sheets were up on the counter take a look. Once we found our tatts we were surprised to learn there was no sign in sheet but trusted their process. No one talked to us after that. The final straw after waiting over two hours was when the people who came in after us were informed they would be next. My husband did speak up after the first hour that no one approached us to a bald guy who asked him if we've been helped. The response vibe from that dude was off putting cause he seemed defensive to my husband's simple "nah man not since we walked in"

The artists have great work in their books and everyone they worked on seemed happy with the results. Just a bad experience for us. Hope next time they have a better...

I could not possibly give this establishment enough stars. 5 is the max but I’d for real give them 10. From the moment we walked in my cousin and I were greeted with so much kindness and were tended to immediately. Starr (the piercer, I believe that’s her name) was so sweet and professional and was so informative about the nose piercings. Which came out perfect!! Josh was who did our tattoos and I cannot stress enough how amazing he is. He really takes his time and is so detail oriented with every step of the process and makes sure you’re prepared for when he’s about to begin. He’s so light handed that it was completely painless, which is a first for me. He also goes out of his way to personally reach out after to give you specific directions on how to properly care for your tattoos. This establishment truly values their customers and I think that’s super rare to find these days. It’s such a great atmosphere, so clean, and you’ll have great conversations with really great people.
