Turn around if you're thinking about going there. This place is run very poorly and has a culture of rudeness and indifference. In my experience, this is normally a result of poor leadership. My family and I have been going there for years and we don't plan on coming back.
When I first ordered, the kid on the other end was rude. I waited around 30 minutes to get my food, so I asked what was going on. They said they got my order confused for another one, so I assumed, like any reasonable person, that they would give me a discount for the wait and the mess up. They brought out the manager, Niki Delk, who said she couldn't offer a discount, offered no apology and walked back into the store. Then, a young lady came out, collected my food, gave me my card back, made a snide comment and seemed to be commenting about the absurdity of a discount on a $10 order. I chimed back in to ask for the store number and the manager's name. The same kid on the other end answered and was, once again, rude, and sent Niki to give me the store number. I called the general manager, who was very nice and apologized, but eluded to the fact his store was being run poorly despite the terrible reviews on Google. I find it hard to believe a gm doesn't know how badly his own store is being run, but if that is the case, you guys need to find a new gm. In addition, I called the district manager and left her a message. I'm expecting some sort of accountability and will be following up. This store needs to be shut down and the employees either need to be retrained or terminated.
I don't expect anything spectacular, just basic customer service. Courtesy, promptness, taking ownership of mistakes and an effort to correct them, especially if it's a manager. If they made any effort to serve the people that fund the business, it's quite possible their reviews...

I don't know if the headsets don't work properly or what but it took her a few times telling her my order before she got it. Than I made it a point to look at the time after I ordered to see how long it was gonna take to get my order. They usually take a while at this location. I just order 4 32oz drinks. The line was moving ok. Than I made it to the front of the line. Sat there for 5 minutes before the girl came out with the order for the cat behind me Than I continue to sit. I look at the clock and it has now been 25 minutes since I ordered and I hadn't seen anyone come out the door in a while so I called the store phone to check on my order. The girl that answered said there system went down but it was back up now so they got backed up but they were working on my order now. Than I see a car hop come out with 2 drinks on her tray for the car behind me. So I'm getting upset now. So I asked about my order. Than she comes out again with a different order, two drinks and a bag for food. Stops at my window and I tell her no I'm just waiting on 4 drinks that I ordered 30 minutes ago. She goes walking back in the building telling someone she is about to quit she does t get paid enough to deal with the attitudes the customers are giving her. At this point I'm ready to just leave but I said I've waited 35 minutes let's see if my orders coming. Here comes the car hop with 2 drinks on her tray for a car behind me. At this point I just left and didn't get my drinks. I get they get busy I understand that but how are you bringing drink orders to cars behind me and I've liberally been waiting 35 minutes I should have known better though cause this location is always awful but it's the only...

My husband and I ordered two of their feature Oreo cones and watched as cars in the drive thru line and drive up spots received their larger orders before us over and over. The car hop first came by our car with the wrong order after 10 minutes of waiting and I told him what we were still waiting on. At that point you think the young man would go in and ensure we got our order right away.
I only continued to wait because I wanted to get my receipt so I could give my feedback through their website online. The carhop then came back a second time with another wrong order and asked if it was our and I said no and he was like oh ya the cones. I politely said we would be leaving and without a second thought he started to walk away and said have a good evening. No apology, no nothing. It is quite obvious by his reaction that this is a common occurrence and he didnāt want to deal with it.
During the time we were there I also saw other vehicles drive off as well. It was 8:30pm on a Saturday and not busy at all but the staff seemed to be struggling. There is never any organization at this location and orders seem to come out randomly. The staff has blocked the windows in the drive thru so you canāt see them messing around and just standing around while they have a single person running all of the food.
If there was and option to give zero or a half star review I would. Drive a bit further and go to another location, I know I will be doing that...
