Few corrections:

I called to check if y’all take appointments at 9:30, they said they do. If y’all closed at 10, why didn’t y’all deny the service at 9:30. That way I never would have booked. So it’s not my problem that y’all accept booking for 9:30 and then complain about working after 10. And they made me wait for 10 minutes after I came.

I never requested for deep tissue r anything. I just asked for a 60 minute massage ($65). So please don’t lie.

Tips are given out of goodwill. Customers are not obligated to give if they didn’t want to. So NEVER negotiate or demand tips. Be happy with what you get. I have given 15% tips and still y’all are not happy. Please have some decency and learn manners.

5/13/24: Good massage, but they keep demanding for more tips and make you feel uncomfortable. I gave more than what I had in mind and I was generous and still they made me feel uncomfortable. That’s why I would avoid this place. Btw the owner here demands tips not the one who served you. I have gone here 3 times and today was the 2nd time this happened. I won’t be going here again. Booked 1 hr couple massage , I thought it was a relaxing massage but it was mostly a full force elbows on back if that makes sense , our massage was early morning and now late afternoon my back is bruised up and is super sore and can’t move much without it hurting really bad ! My boyfriend mentioned to the lady the force she was using hurt him and she kept going ,the last about 15 minutes were more relaxing it was what I was looking for when I booked , what ruined the visit was when done with the massage they demand a tip , we weren’t very happy with the experience but I feel like we left reasonable tip ($15)for two lady’s, after demanding it they still weren’t happy and made comments about the tip which made us feel uncomfortable ! The worst massage if we gotta call it something. My husband and I did a couple's massage for 90 minutes. And he never complains but he expressed how the lady that did his massage was not doing anything but going back and forth with her fore arms. Neither ladies had propert technique. Threw away $180 to waste. I wish I could give a zero. Please if you have a spa, have properly trained personnel. If not then don't call yourself a spa. They didn't even give us anything to fill out or to know where it hurts, what type of massage we wanted. Nothing. I'm a big tipper and this is the first time I didn't leave anything.
